South Lyon Medical Center

My Dr has always taken care of me. She stays on top of my health care problems and gets me into a specialist if I need one. If I have questions or problems in the hours they are closed I can go into my profile and leave a message and they get back with me ASAP. I appreciate having a medical staff as efficient as they are in South Lyon.

I've been going here since I was a kid, and I'm finally fighting inertia and switching to another PCP. I really can't count the number of times this place has messed up my bloodwork, forgotten to refill a prescription, forgotten to call me back, misread my results, refused to fill a prescription because they incorrectly thought I was a new patient even though I've been going here for ages, etc. I've had a lot of doctors over the years, and this place is the worst. (The exception is the PA Randy Stein, who knows what he's doing.)

I have been coming here for 3 years and If I had a problem it was addressed within a reasonable amount of time. The whole staff really seems to care!

I wanted to make a comment about Dr. Nikolaus Fulbright who practices at the Providence in South Lyon Michigan. I would consider him to be the best Medical Doctor that myself and my two young daughters have received care from. I'm only 42, and we don't see Medical Doctors that often, but he stands out as exceptional. He comes across as very capable in his abilities as a Medical Doctor. This I have seen by his questions and answers, and some of the procedures he has done to be sure we are taken care of. I'm a person who doesn't just accept what my Medical Doctor says at face value, but I feel that his abilities are strong. Beyond that, he is very welcoming and an excellent listener and communicator. It is rare for me to feel like the doctor truly cares about what I am saying, and who I am as a person. I see that with Dr. Fulbright, not only with myself, but also my 8 and 7 year old daughters, who saw him yesterday. Thank you for having a doctor like Dr. Fulbright at Providence.

Very little wait time. Smooth and efficient service. Competent and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.
