This staff knew their jobs well. If I ever need surgery again this will be my first choice. Again Thank you everybody!

The staff is excellent from my preregistration to me being discharged was amazing. Great bed side manner. Took care of me so well. They were all kind courteous considerate, and cared about my needs. I want to thank Mina,Joe, Joseph, samantha, Dsnielle,Jocelyn, Wendy,Ashley and the er dr... ,Dr Lewis and countless many that I forgot to mention.. thank you from the bottom of my heart...for making me feel so well take care of. My mom recently had knee surgery there and a handful of their staff need a lesson on customer service. To make things worse when we complained about one the ladies already knew how she was...maybe it's time to change staff. Another, threatened to send my mother to a rehab hospital because she didn't feel good during therapy and didn't perform to her expectations. I asked someone to contact me because I was not happy with that and guess what? They don't call you. Smh be very mindful when you come her. Top hospital for joint surgery as well as unsympathetic staff.

I have had many surgeries and am so impressed with this hospital. I was asked thorough questions during preadmit that I have never been asked. The staff is excellent, both professional and very kind. Yvette and Sam need gold stars for rr trips, everthing!! Wendy and Susan,yes!! Susa

Wow, So glad to see these very relatable reviews. The whole registration staff need to be replaced . Talking and laughing about nonwork related subjects and not to mention their attitudes towards waiting patients is unreal. They simply don't care about their patients. Very sad
