Every time I come it's a 5hour waiting just to go back then when you get back it's a 2 hour wait why did they even expand just for the looks cause it sure not about the patient...I'm over dexter southeast health I wish I could give a partial star poor excuse for a hospital

Took my wife here for treatment of severe migraine while visiting family in Dexter. While in the waiting room I started reading all the negative reviews and got concerned. Our experience turned out great from start to finish. Great staff, doctor and nurse!

The ER staff was very nice and helpful. I've been here before and was not a huge fan of the staff or how they operated. However, this most recent visit was different and the ER itself is updated and looks great.

Went in for chest pain and shortness of breath, all they did was one EKG determined not a heart attack sent me out to the waiting room still hurting and never checked on me or anything. Waited 3hours then just left. Really disappointed with the hospital. Will go out of my way from now on no matter what the problem is. Waste if time and money.

Horrible experience at this hospital ER. There with my elderly mother and was in the ER for nearly 24 hours. Information provided to her physician was false. ER staff tried hard, but were under staffed, policies blocking them from caring for patients, and the person being called in did not answer their phone or return phone calls until after at least 11 attempts. Patient care is not a priority.
