Southwest Health Center

Hospital is pretty, Physicians and nursing staff were friendly and competent but system lacks coordinated medical care. Discharge planning/ patient advocacy/social work definitely sub par, unprofessional, and basically incompetent. Who ever heard of a rude patient advocate? Go here and see a great example. Will definitely warn others away from this hospital.

Billing is horrible! I changed my address at their Platteville and Cuba city clinic as well as with the billing dept themselves and they still don’t have my right address! I thought I was all paid up (wrote checks blindly when I went in for care), but apparently not! Got a call today saying that I owe and that they’ve been sending bills but getting them back... they said they would update my address. Which is what they said the last time too.i otherwise like the hospital and clinic, but they don’t do well with billing and paperwork.

Dr. Klann provided very thorough care for my family member and was able to diagnose a potentially fatal condition when other practitioners had overlooked it in the past. We will forever be greatful for the exceptional care and attention to detail the care team at SW provided. Excellent physicians.

I always have a great experience at Southwest Health. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. People go out of the way to say hello and it is refreshing! The medical staff is attentive and kind. They are always sure to address all my questions and discuss things completely. I highly recommend Southwest Health for any medical needs.

Should be demolished with the doctors and nurses still inside.
