Usually my experience here is flawless. This time I called to make a new patient appointment with a doctor that came recommend by my family. After being transferred over the phone 4 different times and being told to “hang on a sec” each time I was sent to a voicemail, which I left over 2 weeks ago & it still has not been returned. 10/10 unimpressed
4 people ahead of me at the walk in clinic and it’s going to take at least a full hour before you can get me in. Sorry, the walk in down the road had me in and out within that hour and that included my travel time. Now I see why you rate a 2 1/2 star overall...

Had to go to the emergency room yesterday. I got right in and they treated me great. I have no complaints. They took care of the problem.
The people there are nice but communication is not good at all. We had to call for lab results and we got those, but we've tried twice to call the doctor to see what he wants to do about the lab results and they won't call back. A nurse from another hospital said my lab results were concerning and that the doctor should be doing something about it. Hopefully they'll call soon.
