received no help walking to the bathroom even though i was incredibly disoriented and could barely walk. staff watched me cling to the wall to get there while they all just talked casually among themselves. some staff are nice some are incredibly rude and mean. night staff just suck. they need more training, especially with trans people
They have treated me very well and rushed me right back into ER when I got here and have been very kind and helpful during my whole hospital stay. Staff has been awesome! Thank you to all of you who helped me through a very scary time.
Went to the ER back in December for severe back and Abdominal pain, the Doctor in the ER after my labs came back with my pancreas levels asked 4 times if I had been drinking even though it was clear and I had stated I do not drink! Then when I was supposed to be resting my Pancreas on day 3 the doctor Okayed me to eat and drink, which frustrated the pancreas even more, then the next day I had to be transported to butterworth emergently... not all were bad there but I will never ever go back to this hospital.
Awesome staff. Nice clean facility. Not long of a waiting time when no traumas come in.
Last time I came to the ER was because of chest pain, major chest pain inside. I was discharged and had to walk home. Second time i came here was from a SEVERE TOOTH PROBLEM. I was just stuck in a room for 3 hours, had to beg to get x rays, ended up saying screw it and left. How in tf are people not dying left and right on the account of the terrible night staff. Not all, but one female dr with blonde curly hair that works nights er is dangerous. How many have died from her dismissive nature? This place is a lawsuit waiting.
