Ssm St Joseph Hospital West

This is the worst hospital in the world. The staff is very incompetent. I am 5 months pregnant and was in severe pain and I literally set in a hospital room for 6 hours in pain before they decided to send me up to the maternity ward. The facilities are gross!!! Piss in blood everywhere. If you can avoid this hospital please do. If I could give a no star I would.

Pre-checked in online but did not matter. Apparently that means nothing and does nothing!! Sitting her 2 .5 hours later with my 86 year old mother watching people who came in after us get called back while we continue to wait...plus there’s and elderly man throwing up and moaning and groaning in pain. No one cares!!! My daughter told us not to come here but I did not listen!! Ugh!!!

My aunt hurt back called 911 and lthey took her in a ambulance to the hospital and left her in a dark room for 3 hours I called the nurse 4 times they never came we barely rolled her on a cart. To bathroom and she peed all over herself I had to leave she Called krider office and her worker came to help get her taken care of .she was treated worse than a dead dog rediculous

Worst experience ever! Just went because it was closer. Last time I went for my blood pressure I went to St. Charles St. Joseph's. They were so competent and caring then West. Just terrible and never again West LSL.

I brought my son into the ER this morning to get seen. When we arrived, they were busy, the girls at the desk ask us to be seated there was someone seated ahead of us needing to be registered, which let me say was fine, we sat and waited after a few minutes she came out and registered the gentleman. A few minutes later, she shouts across the waiting room for us to come up. We walk up and she begins registering the line that was forming from walk ins after us. She didnt say a word to me afterwards. We left and are now at Progress West getting excellent care. If the front desk can't get it together makes you wonder about the rest of the staff. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
