I just wanted to make sure that everyone at this hospital know what a great experience I have had with them. Very professional and helpful. I came to St Anthony's with extreme swelling and pain in my left leg. I had recent knee replacement in February. The ER discovered I had numerous blood clots. When I say I'm grateful to St Anthony's I feel they saved my life. I had complained to the orthopedic surgeon n I was dismissed n told to do my PT. He is no longer my Dr Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such good care during my stay. Someone calls me weekly from your establishment to see how I am. I am forever grateful!!

BEWARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR MINORS: my daughter was 1 had been a patient 2 weeks prior for pnuemonia. The same nurse who took care of my daughter also was my triage nurse the night I showed up alone after having some drinks and being in a lot of pain. The nurse asked asked where where my babywas I said that she was with her father. The father came to the hospital which sent the nurses in a full-blown panic they had the whole nursing staff in my room like the FBI demanding to know where my daughter was and I told them it was none of their business they were there to treat me n my potentially life-threatening health condition. So I told them my daughter was staying with the neighbor which was her god Mom. The nurse called CPS and demanded me and the dad stay and wait until they arrived - he wasn't even the patient! We left out of anger how did this go from treating my pancreatitis to: we need to find their baby? Parents BEWARE they like to call DSS here even if your child falls at the park some nurse playing God May accuse you of not supervising her and then guess what she's going to do?.. my daughters never going back there Otherwise: for nursing staff they're incredibly compassionate they will explain everything they're doin. excellent bedside manner. if you're in pain tell the nurse you'll see them go straight to the doctor and advocate on your behalf that's gold standard in today's world Star 2 Then you got the doctors I was diagnosed with pancreatitis my lipase and amylase were high enough to get me admitted for a full week I had just came back from St Joe's who told me they couldn't find anything wrong with me . The doctors think outside the box and check all possibilities here. Plus they stop by to ask how ur feeling. Star 3 Radiology is fast and I never get unexpected bills Star 4 There is no wait you're in a bed talkin to a nurse 15 minutes after arriving clean place and decent food. 5 star - it's not allowed but when I was admitted they let my fiance stay all night with me in my room for support they respected my PTSD They got him snacks and explained to him everything going in with me. 6 stars they they called 3 days later to see how I was doing and sent me with a long list of referrals in my network. Too bad I moved away I highly recommend them they're the place to go for a non traumatic injury. they answer the call button all hours and come in and check on you I needed another medication for sleep they called the doctor at 3 a.m. and got it for me now that is a wonderful bedside manner I can't vouch for the maternity Ward BUT I HOLD A HUGE GRUDGE AGAINST THAT NURSE

I had worst experience here while I was in labor at this hospital. The nurses verbally abused me horrendously when I arrived at the hospital at 8cm. They hammered me with questions for the next thirty minutes while I’m in labor asking me why did I come to their hospital because they had no knowledge of my arrival. They told me that it was no doctor present since they wasn’t anticipating my arrival and they hope I don’t have the baby because they don’t get paid enough as a nurse to deliver a baby. They asked me what number kid was this and I answered third. They then said why am I making all this noise if this is my third child . They continued to say so much other things that i can write a book and at one point I stopped crying out in pain to ask them what did I do to them so wrong to treat me so bad ?Before I arrived the ems worker told me that they were going to be nasty to me. It’s obvious that they have a history of this behavior. I would suggest no one ever have their baby there

I feel horrible that I referred my friend here to have her baby. I had such a wonderful experience here 2yrs ago delivering my son but perhaps they hv new maternity staff. My friend was made painfully aware that she was not wanted there and they showed her through not only actions but had the audacity to put it in words. I will Never refer anyone else here again. I am so sorry to my friend who had the displeasure of being on the receiving end of poor bedside manner, laziness, and if that's not bad enough racism!

Just had knee surgery and the staff and nurses made it stress free and were very professional. My surgeon Dr. Hardcastle greeted me before the operation and answered all my questions and concerns and put me at ease. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family or to anyone looking for hip or knee surgeries.
