My husband was taken to this ER yesterday with internal bleeding. I do not understand why there are so many bad reviews. Everybody I came in contact with was nice, helpful and answered my questions. It was extremely busy when they brought him in and as of this morning there still were no beds available in ICU. They let me spend the night in the ER, brought me a reclining chair and a blanket and pillow and did nothing but do their jobs to the fullest. Even though they were crazy busy, my husband got the attention he needed and then some. I am very impressed with the nurses, security and people behind the Registration desk as they were all so helpful and understanding the entire time I was there.

I could have gone anywhere with my insurance but I was new to the area and picked St. B based on the doctor who was there. But then we never got to see him. Wait time in the ER was 14 hours only for them to tell us our daughter was fine, next day took her to Loma Linda and they did emergency surgery. I will always regret taking her to St. B, she could have died. The ER is full of screaming people in the waiting room, very scary. If you have any chance of going somewhere else, go. I wouldn’t recommend it under any circumstances.

My dad is currently getting surgery for his appendix as I am writing this. They didn't update my mom about anything they're really wish washy they forgot to do a urine sample when they were running tests my mom had to pretty much remind them about which test they said they would do , very unorganized. I am about to go down there now because I am concerned. This is very disappointing. ALSO they wanted to send him home before administering the test earlier they were brushing him off. My father first of all avoids the Drs. At all costs he insisted he felt really sick and he knew it was something more .. now he is get operated on. That is really screwed up I guess they wanted to wait till his appendix burst.

This emergency is a joke. Unfortunately my stepdad has to come here. The officers I mean security in this emergency room are to busy flirting with co workers. That when you ask them questions they act like your bothering them. I get it’s busy but laughing and joking when people are so sick. give me a break

The wait times here are ridiculous and ER waiting room is small and dirty. My daughter has a compromised immune system and we ask to be sequestered and they told us there was no where to put us. We ended up waiting 2+ hours in a small waiting room with sick people hacking and vomiting everywhere.
