I would have given 5 stars if not for the 22 hours I laid in the ER waiting for a room. Once in my room, my care was stellar. My Neurologist and Internal Medical Dr. Worked together to find out why a particular issue is continuing to happen to me; (rather sever issue) they took it to heart to find a cause and diagnosis... not just treating the symptoms. Case Manager Ruth just came in to check on me while I was writing this review. She was very nice. The nutrition folks (2 people) came to talk to me before that to ensure my food will meet with my likes and diet. A nice person from rehabilitation came in to take me for a walk around the floor. Basicall . First class service once you leave the ER. I give ER a 3 and my hospital stay a 5. Overall experience 4

My husband had heart surgery on yesterday. Dr Ali was awesome! While in ICU he has had 3 nurses all giving excellent care. Nurse Jordon, Nurse Freddy and Nurse Leanna all of ICU get a thimbs up from us. Dont remember the names of the respiratory therapist or the physical therapist but they have done a great job helping my husband to improve through out the day. Super care here! I'm sure it will continue throughout the rest of the stay.

The staff here is amazing! Those who cared for me were Rosa, Dr. Ong, Leslie, Juan, Pierre, and John. My surgeon, Dr. Elsissy, was amazing, as well! I, also, would have given 5 stars had it not been for the 3 hour wait before I had surgery. Even then, I wasn't left hanging, as the manager(?)came in and explained why the wait was so long. During the waiting period, I did get frustrated and upset, but the staff remained patient, calm and kind, even though I didn't. I'm very grateful! ❤ Thank you, and God bless you all!

First my pain meds were cut by 2/3 and then by 3/4 ALL in a 24 hour period after getting an infection a month before from the same place. POW's get better treatment. If I could give lower than 1 star I would.

I have been to both Dignity hospitals in San Bernardino and I prefer San Bernardino Camuity Hospital over St Bernadine Hospital I feel the the care that the ER Staff was really concerned about what was wrong with me and when I was admitted to the hospital the care I was given was much better than what I received at St Bernadine
