They took very good care of me when I went in compared to the Redmond ER who would’ve just sent me home. I really appreciate that they came in and checked on regularly and one nurse was even kind enough to tuck my legs in under some blankets while I was cold
I love this place! I love the staff, the food and atmosphere! I have 5 kids, so I've spent my fair share of time in hospitals in several states and this one ranks in my top 2 favorites ♡♡♡ Thank you for taking such good care of us!!!
Had an emergency outside of Prineville, and this hospital and its staff were absolutely incredible. Saying, "I'd definitely go back" doesn't really fit a hospital, but if emergency care were needed, they'd be my first choice.
I have experienced medical violations that never should have occurred at St Charles Prineville. It is impossible to speak with management, because they refuse to tell you who they are. The only recourse is to file complaints with the state licensing boards and let them investigate your/my complaints. They have been helpful in getting the forms and such.
Absolutely horrible costumer service. Every time i call i always wait 20 minutes for someone to answer and then put on hold then it hangs up on me. Then reapeat. It shouldnt take 20 minutes to answer the phone the first time so why does it take 40 minutes of my day to pay you money?? And your workers in the billing department need more training because holy cow, its not rocket science to enter in some numbers so it shouldn't be that long to answer the damn phone!
