St Cloud Regional Medical Center

I was recently a patient at this hospital and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! The doctors, nurses, techs, and even the housekeeper were all so very pleasant. I am a nurse myself and the doctors and nurses here genuinely seem to care about their patients. I’ve been in other hospitals and they just don’t come close to the care I’ve received at St. Cloud medical center. So I want to say thank you to all of the staff for helping me get better and treating me so kindly.

I was in this hospital for a week. I was taken care of so well. Every nurse and every technician that came in took very good care of me. They made me feel like I was their only patient. If I ever have to go back in the hospital, I choose St. Cloud Regional every time!!!

• Poor understanding of what constitutes an emergency. • Poor handling of pediatric emergency. • No comprehensive triage. • Apathetic staff. • Poor response from both the ER charge nurse and whichever person they shunted me to next. • Terrible time management and wait estimations. • Be ready to watch staff openly gesture to and mock you in what is an almost comical attempt at discretion. The only bright side was the more robust security guard who continued to try and get someone with any authority on the phone for me and when we finally got to see the women who would actually care for my son... My 9 month old child was seen nearly 3 hours after arrival and 2.5 hours after I was assured he would be seen. This is after an (adult!) tummy ache, an elective cast removal, and a handful of other minor cases. Both the nurse and the PA were kind, quick, and amazingly thorough, which is greatly appreciated by an already distressed and somewhat abrasive mama bear. They were this hospital’s only redeeming quality and I wish I remembered their names. Ps - Also prepare yourself for a call from billing as they begin to muddle through the complexities of actually trying to get it right the first time..

Went in for a appendix removal Unfortunately was in there for five days. The nurses and doctors were great... the food sucked . And need serious updating to the faculty !! Other then that it was good!

I would highly recommend st. Cloud regional medical Center Best treatment ever and the food is wonderful not to mention the amazing staff.
