For being in a small town, st. Croix Regional Medical Center has a good clinic and a good Hospital. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The doctors a thorough and competent, and when made can't get the answer, they are good at referring you to someone that can. As a bonus oh, there is a cafe called the State Street Cafe and the food is super cheap and really good. What would cost you around $5, would easily cost you over $20 at regions Medical Center Cafe.
This whole meal, fruit, lasagna, vegetables, sweet potato fries, Rice Krispie bar and milk was $5.25! And very tasty!

I am from out of town and had to take a family member to the ER two days in a row. The care was exceptional and compassionate. The doctors and nurses genuinely care. I am grateful for their kindness and nonjudgmental disposition.

I went into the ER Christmas day for a bad case of gout on my right foot. It wasn't in a normal spot u get gout. It was in in the middle inner of my foot. It was Swollen and hot to touch. They couldn't get any fluid outta of joint due to where it was on my foot. I understood that. They do at CT scan. Cool. I got 6 pain pills cause I was in extreme pain. I was told to take ibuprofen that's the best thing to treat gout. I said I've been taking it for 2 days straight. I go home still with no proper treatment. I wake up the next day in even more pain!!! I should've gotten better treatment!!! My wife works for ST CROIX REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER and I have my insurance through them and gotta find another hospital/clinic that's in network. Can't wait to see what they charge me for not doing nothing besides some pain pills!!!

I just want to extend my appreciation for the women that sit at the front desk at the Lindstrom clinic. They are friendly, smiling and very efficient. It's so nice to be greeted by such welcoming familiarity. SCRMC is great to have in our MN community. Thank you.

You can never get a hold of anyone here, phone service is terrible. Practitioners and staff are impersonal and preoccupied. They seem more concerned with entering data in a computer then taking care of you. It didn’t use to be this way but has gotten much worse over the years as they have grown. I now choose to doctor at Osceola Medical Center.
