They treated my mom here at the emergency room. They were very accommodating to me needing to go in and out of the restricted medical area (the barrier between the waiting room and patient rooms) in order to communicate with other people. The police officer (or designated guard? Not sure) was super nice. The doctor made my mom feel heard and tried to keep things calm even though the situation was difficult. They provided quick and effective care, and they were easy to find.

I have been seen at places across the country, and without a doubt I would drive to be seen here if I were to move away again. I have almost always had wonderful care for myself and my children. The nurses, receptionists, lab techs, and phlebotomists here are absolutely amazing (and I have been very lucky to get some great doctors along the way too)! All places have their great doctors and the mediocre doctors, and this place is no exception. However, they seem to strive to bring on great team members, and it seems they do a good job of reevaluating when it might be needed. There are areas that could use improvement, but given this is a small town and an old building, they honestly do a lot with what they have.

Providers more concerned about herding patients like cattle in 10-20 minute appointments than actually understanding and treating the patients correctly. And that’s after waiting 30-45 minutes beyond the appointment time. Very unprofessional providers and a very disappointing medical center. I’d recommend any other option for care. It’s worth your time and health to drive to another clinic or medical center to get professional caring providers.

Not impressed with the lack of accessibility to schedulers to make an appointment. If you work for a living you will find it hard to get someone to make an appointment. They only staff from 7am to 5pm so that makes it hard if you work these hours.

For being in a small town, st. Croix Regional Medical Center has a good clinic and a good Hospital. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The doctors a thorough and competent, and when made can't get the answer, they are good at referring you to someone that can. As a bonus oh, there is a cafe called the State Street Cafe and the food is super cheap and really good. What would cost you around $5, would easily cost you over $20 at regions Medical Center Cafe. This whole meal, fruit, lasagna, vegetables, sweet potato fries, Rice Krispie bar and milk was $5.25! And very tasty!
