I have been mistreated and misdiagnosed several times. My father sat in the emergency room for 4 hours just to start blood work and X rays, to find out it was exactly what I told them in the first place. We got put in a shoe box of a room very uncomfortable. Worst treatment I have ever experienced. They also misdiagnosed my aunts CANCER. Full of quacks. And they’ll bill you for anything they possibly can to the fullest. Fraud.
I just want to extend my appreciation for the women that sit at the front desk at the Lindstrom clinic. They are friendly, smiling and very efficient. It's so nice to be greeted by such welcoming familiarity. SCRMC is great to have in our MN community. Thank you.
You can never get a hold of anyone here, phone service is terrible. Practitioners and staff are impersonal and preoccupied. They seem more concerned with entering data in a computer then taking care of you. It didn’t use to be this way but has gotten much worse over the years as they have grown. I now choose to doctor at Osceola Medical Center.
Experiences at this place were great at the beginning of my pregnancy. Now the last few times I've called to schedule appointments for my daughter the staff that answers the phones have been extremely rude. It's getting to the point where I absolutely dread calling to schedule...
Nothing like going to the Emergency room in severe pain. I had two spine operations in the last year. I was referred to physical therapy. They had me on my hands and knees lifting an arm up. ( not something I recommend after a neck surgery) This played havoc on my body. I tried to contact my surgeon Dr. Reiser for a week, and was ignored. I saw the sports injury specialist and was given a steroid pack, and flexeril. After not sleeping or eating three days, vomiting from pain, and basically in tears wanting to eat a bullet. I went to ER with blood pressure spiking 203 over 154. A normal ER would give you a beta blocker, but no this one gives you a shot of toradol, and a lecture on how he's ready to retire because they are unable to nhelp patients like me that really need it. Never again!!!
