My family member had an outpatient surgery today and our family had a great experience despite the circumstances. From the valet to the registration to the sweet volunteer to the nursing to the anesthesiologist to the doctor....5 stars hands down!!! I have an extensive medical background and these folks know what they're doing. Thank you for taking care of our family

I will never go anywhere else! They have a pediatrician from Children's on call at All times. (My toddler has seen Dr. Tarrant twice now; she is WONDERFUL) Attentive and caring staff, they see you as quickly as possible. Even if they have a bit of a wait, You will not be treated badly or forgotten about. Doctors actually listen/try to solve the problems best they can. This is somewhere you want your loved ones going. I'd give them more than 5 stars if possible.

We took our toddler son to the Emergency Room at this hospital. He was breathing fast, had rib retractions, and was vomiting. Occasionally he would cough or sneeze. But, we decided to bring him to ER because his breathing did not improve after nebulizer treatment at home. Pediatrician in ER tried to tell me he has gastroenteritis. I KNEW this was not the case. I insisted on chest xrays. When the results came back, he was diagnosed with bacterial pneumonia. Pediatrician did not do a good physical exam. He tried to listen to my son's lungs and heart while he was screaming. I saw him check his stethoscope to see if it was working several times. He tried to examine my son's stomach while he was engaging his abdominal muscles. He did not listen to my explanation of what my son's symptoms were... and tried to tell me that his vomiting and diarrhea was a tummy bug. My son wasn't having ANY diarrhea! Advocate for yourself and the people you care about. Push for answers. Trust your gut. Very disappointed in this Emergency Room.

UPDATE: I called several GI doctors and no one can see her for over 2 weeks after the PA in the E.R. said they had to in 3-5 days? So what do we do if their referral cant see her like he said they would? They should not give referrals if they cannot see her in a timely manner. In 2 weeks, something can go terribly worse. ORIGINAL POST: Took my daughter to the E.R. today on the advice of her primary physician. After 3.5 hours, she gets seen only to be told she is still bleeding and they dont know why so follow up with a GI in 3-5 days. We never even saw a doctor! Just nurses and assistants. There was so much more I could add, but to go to an E.R. and never see a doctor speaks for itself about quality of care. Read the prior reviews about the E.R. and you will see this is a pattern! I wish I would have read them before wasting my time and money! She continues to be in pain and still has bloody stool with nothing to help her.

My grandmother went to this place, and she had excessive amounts of CSF in her brain. The clinic had paid for someone to pick her up, but they were a no show. My grandmother is supposed to get pre-testing and other types of testing to prepare for some form of brain surgery, and my grandmother was supposed to have someone to help her since she can barely walk due to the CSF being in her brain. I am quite disappointed.
