St Francis Regional Medical Center

This review is for the inpatient services after My husband's back surgery. My husband and I would like to thank the staff that cared for him after his back surgery. It was very clean and all but 1 nurse was fantastic. A special thanks to Carli, Jessica and Dee that stood out the most and made sure to always make sure my husband was comfortable and well cared for even thru out the night. Most all the staff we interacted with were friendly but as far as nurses, we just can't thank those three enough. I hope that someone higher up sees this because those nurses should be recognized for they're hard work. These are the kind of nurses you want caring for your loved one. Only thing (which is minor) that didn't care for at this hospital is the cafeteria only offers diet pop and has no reg soda for ppl that don't drink diet pop. Would just suggest maybe having at least 1 soda machine that gives other options. Other than that which isn't a big deal, I (we) were pleasantly surprised of the care that was given. Also a special thanks to hubby's surgeon Dr Pinto and his assistant (once again) for doing such a good job. We just can't thank everyone enough.

First time ever going to Urgent or ER for myself today... so a new experience for me. I did the online check in- i got there 15 mins early and before i could even sit down in the waiting room after check in, they called me in for consult. I planned on going to Urgent Care and ended up needing to go to the ER so.. I am thinking "great, its gonna take all day!!"- NOT AT ALL!!! I was in and out in an hour from check in and walking out the door! I had AMAZING service from all employees I came in contact with today. Even though I was there a short period of time- I never felt rushed, they listened, answered my questions, explained exactly what they were doing and my aftercare & I felt comfortable being there. It was a great first time experience- if needed- I will definitely come back- but let's hope I won't need to go to UC or ER. Ha Ha!

The staff at St. Francis was the best very friendly. My day nurse Allyson was the greatest made my stay almost like a hotel stay.

We live in Burnsville, but go to this ER due to the difference in care! So much better than Fairview Ridges! Dr. Souchtchenko and his nurse, Lindsey, were amazing with my wife!! They actually cared about her pain and wellbeing! Thanks to their efforts, she is finally on the road to recovery! The lab technician and radiology staff were friendly and helpful! Thank you so much!!!

The staff are AMAZING here! They treated me like they actually care, not like most places I've been to. Super patient with me. I want to thank Doctor Clarkowski. And the RN Nurse Elyse! The whole staff are awesome! Lastly, Erin, you rock! Wish you the best in your future and I know you'll be Great in whatever you do. Thanks again!!
