Dr Buntin is my Granson’s pediatrician. I would highly recommend her to any Mom &Dad! She is so patient with my daughter who is a new mom. And with me also, she answers all our questions and is always very thorough and takes her time. She never seems rushed when examining my grandson either. I really appreciate that quality in a Dr. especially these days. It’s very rare! We never have to wait more than a couple minutes in the waiting room or the exam room. Also, the office personnel and nurses are very friendly and helpful as well. It’s an all around positive experience.

My 2 year old daughter broke her arm over the weekend and we had to visit St John Owasso ER. I was ABSOLUTELY amazed at how wonderful everyone there was. We got back in about 5 minutes, after filling out paperwork(maybe less, when your baby is in agonizing pain everything seems like it's taking forever). When we were put into a room we had two nurses in right away to check vitals and triage, and the doctor was in almost immediately after. An X-ray was ordered, and the X-ray tech was the sweetest girl I could have asked for. My baby was still in much pain, but she talked so soft and sweet to her, that my baby girl stayed mostly calm through that whole painful process. She was amazing with her. Then we had, I believe Deana in to put on a splint after X-rays came in. She was slow and steady, talked to my baby like she was her own family, even spent time with her putting about 10 stickers on her splint and sling, asking her where she wanted them, checking to make sure everything fit her well. My daughter was happy and calm when we left, and this momma is so thankful for all the staff at St John ER yesterday that helped my baby. I wish I would have gotten everyone's name, but I didn't. In and out, we were there about an hour and a half. I even got a call today from the ER checking up on her!

Thank you St John ER for taking such good care of my baby! I know we didn't have a really serious issue, but you made her and I feel special and like you cared, and that means the world to me!!

There are several overnight nurses on the 4th floor (labor and delivery) that are absolutely rude to visitors. I'm working on getting their names to file an internal complaint. I understand they deal with lots of visitors on a daily basis but that doesn't mean you get to be rude and disrespectful to everyone that comes up there to visit.

Wish I could give negative stars. Worst hospital ever. My best friend came to the er for adominal pain and she was told she needed to stay the night. She complained several times about how bad her IV was hurting her. 4 hrs they finally took it out. She has asked countless times for stuff and they tell her okay and then never show. Worst hospital I've ever seen.
Will never bring her back here again. St Francis is a much better hospital and they actually care about there patients.

It's a nice place but the way they handle payments and bills are just ridiculous.

Sooner care were to take care of our bill that was sent to us 2-3 months after we've went to visit the hospital. We asked them to send the bill to sooner care first but at that time we were no longer covered by sooner care since we had a miscarriage. At the time of going in for check ups WE WERE COVERED FOR SOONER CARE. At our LAST appointment we were still covered under sooner care even a week or so after. St John's decides not to send in the bill to get sooner care to pay for it until 2-3 months later and then sends us the bill saying that they won't pay for it since we are no longer covered. All in all it was a bad experience, we lost money for when we shouldn't have. Their staff and the ones we called to to talk about the bill were very unprofessional and no one knew what they were doing.
