We recently had a baby here and I couldn't be more thankful for the experience we had. My nurse and Doctor both had many years of experience delivering babies and I'm not sure if it can get better than that. Dr. Lowe and Nurse Marge hands down make the best team, incredibly blessed for my experience here especially as a first time mom. I hope I get a chance to work with these two again! The rooms were pretty great too! :)

5 hours in the er and no doctor. No word from the nurse for about 3 of those. You're honestly better off driving to Bismarck than wearing your time here.

An hour after having been in the ER no one had told me anything or helped make me better, but they damn sure got my insurance info. I'll die before I'll go back.

I just wanted to share what a wonderful visit I had in your medical clinic on Tuesday July 24, 2018. But I would like to start with how wonderful the staff were from the beginning. Last week, I called to schedule an appointment to see a gynecologist for my annual visit. When I called and explained that I am only in town for a week (I live in an RV travelling the US) the person I talked to on the phone was able to fit me in to see Dr. Wolf at 1pm on 7/24/18.

Well today, I arrived for my appointment, everyone I interacted with was wonderful. It started with the receptionist who check-in me in. (Sorry I didn't get her name), but she was pleasant, friendly and described everything I was filing out. She than gave clear directions on where to go. For someone who has never been here before, I appreciated that. I went to the third floor to be greeted by another receptionist who was equally as friendly.

In the Women's Health Clinic, nurse Rose brought me to the room and we had a nice conversation about my situation...needing to see a gynecologist so I could refill my prescription for birth control. She explained that I would be seeing Dr. Lowe instead of Dr. Wolf due to Dr. Wolf having to leave early for his own appointment. It didn't matter to me who I saw, and I thought it was nice that they were able to switch me over to another doctor AND I didn't have to wait, my appointment started on time (something that I was very impressed with). Rose even gave me the phone number where I could reach her directly if I had any questions, without me even asking her.

Dr. Lowe was great! Friendly, Professional and Accommodating. When I mentioned that I had to go to the grocery store after my appointment, he was quick to tell me where the closest grocery stores were. Again something I appreciated since I am not from the area (I'm staying in Medora) and something he didn't have to do.

When he mentioned he wanted to get my Thyroid checked, Rose gave me clear directions on how to get to the Lab. The Phlebotomist (sorry I didn't get her name either) in the lab was great too. She had everything ready to go when I sat down, I explained I had small rolling veins and but that didn't stop her from hitting a vein on her first attempt (not something many can do). When I left I asked if there was a patient portal were I could access my records of the day. The Phlebotomist immediately walked me to the flyer, which again impressed me because many times staff don't know what resources are available to their patients.

From the minute I walked into the Medical Clinics to the moment I walked out I was greeted with smiles and friendliness from all staff I encountered. I have been in and out of hospitals since I was 14 years old and I can say this is the best one I have ever been in. Besides, the friendliness of staff, it was easy to find a parking space (I have a big Dodge Ram 3500 Dually, that doesn't easily fit in most parking lots), your facility was clean, bright and welcoming.

I would give my visit more than 5 stars, for the fact all 6 staff I saw went above and beyond for me, especially since I was from out of town and most likely will not be a repeat patient. Although I would highly recommend this clinic to others.
