Can not say enough about this E.R.. Came in with a dislocated shoulder from slipping on moss. I am from Cleveland, and a lot of my friends work at the Cleveland Clinic, best health care in the country. I just want to say that I felt like I was back home. When I went into surgery there 15 people
in my room. I want to personally compliment everybody who was there on Friday on 7/27. You all are awesome! Thank you very much, one day and my shoulder feels so much better. My livelihood is pools, without my shoulder, I can not get paid. I feel like I can go back to work this week. It's unfortunate this happened to me, but I am happy I had a great experience and you will be my new hospital, having come from Cleveland, University Hospitals and the Cleveland Clinic. Thank You everybody in your hospital for helping me. You All Rock!

I gave birth to my daughter here. At the birthing Center, the staff makes sure you the baby and the father is well taken care of. They go up and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed. Had the best experience with my daughter. They will help you with anything you need and if you're feeling overwhelmed or etc They make you feel very comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend going here especially if you're first time mom like me or if you want to make sure the well-being of you and your child is met.

They had no respect for patients privacy. The meals were served late everyday, evening and morning, the nutritional staff actually referred to the patients as “those people” the evening staff were so rude and insensitive, I had to bring professionalism to their attentive several times. Just being someone is having a hard time in their life does not mean they are less than anyone else. Anyone can experience depression or sudden symptoms of a complex mental disorder. The nurses and techs need more training. If a person chose to work overtime or extra shifts, they still should behave with a professional attitude and treat others with dignity and respect. One tech in particular should be glad I forgot her name but she’s heavy set, wears glasses and work at night, her attitude is very inappropriate she take to the patients like they’re animals with no feelings or brains.

To be honest I was a bit nervous delivering my child here . I was wanting a different hospital. I am so glad we ended up delivering here . The birthing center is one of kind. The nurses were so supportive especially Jen who helped me in labor I am not sure how I would have made it through without the support of these ladies . The center is welcoming and they try their hardest to make you feel at home . Great job birthing center and thank you !

I’m Giving this Hospital 1 Star because the Staff are Amazing In my Opinion but as far as Facility Maintenance of this Hospital 😡👎🏽 “ Shame on You “ !!! My wife Delivered our beautiful baby here and I was horrified to experience “No Air Conditioning “ on the delivery wing( 5th Floor) It is a Slap In the face to all Staff but more importantly the Babies and Mothers. It was so Hot and they had these little portable AC things running in the hallway ( 2 of them) which only gave the hallway cool air but the patient rooms where EXTREMELY HOT 😡 the staff said that it has been like this for 2 weeks !!! Get your Maintenance Together you Executives and get the Air Conditioning FIXED & Repaired !!! It should be an IMPORTANT Service !! A Priority for crying out loud !!!
