My experience was so awful and 10 years ago I would state things were much better, now it's all for them to collect every dollar from the patient and absolutely provide more damaged care than good. Unbelievable and shocked is a understatement. I would rate a 0 if I could, non professional and non caring Physicians and Staff, both in the Hospital and Office visits. I would definitely make a strong statement not to go their for any reason.

I have spent hours over two days trying to get a response from a doctor in the Education Clinic over medication prescribed but yet to be sent to my in network pharmacy. Before that I left a different message on a different issue for the Thoracic clinic and no one ever called back. Once I am seen the people are great but access is an inconceivable nightmare. When I was at Truman Medical Center I never had this trouble. If I weren't in the middle of a serious health issue right now I would go to Truman and never recommend this hospital to anyone.

My 90 yr old father fell and cracked his pelvic bone. He was taken by ambulance to the ER. EVERY employee we had contact from ambulance drivers, ER nurses and providers, orthopedic floor nurses and providers and even the cleaning crew were all very friendly. The nurses and providers were all great and patient with questions. Dr Elliott was exceptional. Thank you all.

Clean, employees are all courteous and helpful to give directions if needed, easy to find the right area. Quality care no matter what is happening. Feels safe and professional throughout.

My hospital experience was more traumatic than my many injuries from an accident. Many staff members were needlessly unkind. There shouldn’t be an atmosphere of bullies at a hospital. What in the world is going on over there? The patient advocate was useless and literally made up excuses that revealed a lack of education, lack of training, lack of compassion, and absence of basic knowledge of hospital systems. Worst of all, what a shameful representative of Christ’s care and compassion by a large faith-based hospital. Catholics and Christians should take better care of people and not act so hateful. God bless the few who care and are trying to be kind in a hostile environment.
