My wife had to make an emergency appointment in the labor and delivery department today. We were pretty nervous when we arrived, but we were so happy to be greeted by two young men at the valet stand outside the entrance. Mitchell and Evan were both polite and extremely helpful. They smiled and Mitchell was very friendly when Evan literally ran when it wa time to retrieve our vehicle. We would have obviously preferred to not have had to rush to the doctor today, but I thought it worth noting that Mitchell and Evan really did a great job today.

I have multiple experiences here that I would like to share. As a baby I fell down the stairs and there was a pop. My mom took my to this hospital and I was holding my sign. (a very clear sign of a collarbone fracture). They didn’t know what happened and just assumed it was a rib injury. It ended up being a horrible break in my collarbone. 2. This expierence was a lot better. I touched a stove one day after school and had horrible blisters all over my hands. My mom flipped out and took my to the emergency room there. The wait wasn’t horrible and they took good care of me. They diagnosed on the spot with a 2nd degree burn and kept my at the hospital until the pain went down a bit. They gave me a few medications to take (which helped a lot) and directed me to children’s mercy burn center. So I would recommend going there for a burn but save your time ( and your bank) and go to an orthopedic surgeon when you break a bone

I have a grandchild who has been in the NICU. At first, the care was good, but over time we noticed that there was a lack of care coordination between the many physicians that have been taking care of our grandchild. We've also noticed somewhat of a disregard of the parents wishes and concerns. Finally, my child was told our grandchild was going to be dismissed because insurance would not pay for another day of care for a stable child who weighs less than 4 pounds. My child checked with insurance; this was a false statement. They have, in my opinion, been bullied by those caring for our grandchild.

Nice nurses, but the hospital layout is THE WORST I have ever been in. The. Worst. Avoid this place at all costs.

Was treated in a fast timely manner at the ER Department. It was the fastest Emergency Room visit ever had. Great and friendly staff.
