The customer service is great. The facility is always clean. The doctors are great. They have translators available. They always answer the phones. So much better than Nevada.

Dr Ellsworth is one of the worst doctors I’ve ever dealt with. After having major surgery I had a complication. I laid in the room for 2 1/2 hours before they even saw me. Telling me they would get my pain under control. By the time they TRIED 3 hours had past. I was ignored, forgot about, and then treated like I did something wrong for being irritable about it.
Worst ER experience in my life. 5 hours of waiting. That’s how long my major surgery took. Something wrong with this picture

A little over 2 years ago one of their employees stole my wedding ring while I was giving birth to my son.... They did nothing to help find it or cover the cost to replace.... it’s been 2 in a half years and I’m still pissed. The only reason I had my wedding ring on in the 1st place was due to going into labor unexpectedly and driving for 2 and a half hours to the hospital, Getting to the hospital and ended up having to have a c-section. The nurse made me take off my wedding ring she put it in a baggy and gave it to my husband. I would have much rather had my ring locked up in a safe they said since my husband was with me they won’t lock it up. Anyways right before he could do anything or put my ring away in a safe place ( keep in mind he worked all day then drove for 2 and half hours to the hospital because we lived in Elko NV at the time and was overwhelmed as it was) got his clothes to change into right away, he wasn’t thinking straight, put my ring in it’s baggy down on the beside tray so he could change and forgot all about my ring. The only thing that did not end up in my room where we stayed was my ring. The hospital had moved all my other personal things to the room the ONLY thing that was missing was my ring. I was and still are devastated this happened on a day that is suppose to be so special. I wish the would have just did what I wanted and locked my ring in the safe, non of this would have happened if they would have. I’m always going to be angry this happened and the way they poorly handled it.

Was told I was getting discharged over 2 hours ago and am still stuck here. No one checking in, no one discharging me... If I didn’t need transport back to another part of the hospital I’d leave on my damn own...

They are only out for blood (sic) money. To hell with the service part. Some of the staff a very callous and careless. They over charge for everything. Just a 4 hour emergency visit cost me approx. $4000. Lucky for me I had insurance with 80% coverage.
I was already told by my fiend that try to get as quickly as possible as otherwise they will unnecessary keep on prescribing tests and jacking up the bill. SMH
