If I could give less than one star I would. Total lack of communication between staff and patient's families. Husband waited all day for doctor to release him. Finally, my daughter and I came to find him,on the phone we had been told he had been moved to another room, but they didn't know where. Found him, waited for doctor She never came but we finally got her on phone. She said he would have to wait until tomorrow. I signed him out. Also, their TV remotes (a minor thing) didn't work in either room.

I do not recommend this place. Friendly staff at the front desk, attractive hospital. I think they have good doctors as well. However... First, THEY DIDN'T TELL ME THEY DIDN'T TAKE MY INSURANCE. They took my info like it was all good; I paid my copay and all seemed in order but they omitted to tell me that I wasn’t insured there instead made me sign a waiver (while I thought I was dying mind you). Then they gave me a pill that I wrote in my patient docs I was allergic to. (They're lucky if I don't sue them for negligence). They don't take most insurances so make sure you call yours before going there if you can help it, or do the homework ahead of time. Their staff is made of contractors that sold me to collections without notice, even after I called the number on the bill early-on to let them know I was in the process of an appeal with my insurance, so they are NOT organized. The staff is awesome but don't be fooled by the company's claims of Christian values and of "human kindness". At the end of the day, they are greedy capitalists just like everyone else. For example: I was charged over $800 on an item that the state deems should cost $23. They also gave me a pill and made me drink it in front of them without telling me what it was or asking if I wanted it. All it did is make me very high and giggly and sleepy and didn't even stop any pain. ALSO, they put me in a room across from the waiting room so whenever the nurse would come in or out, people outside could see me laying down without my pants on. I was very uncomfortable, and at the end of they day I'm still expected to pay $8000. To top it off, I had been in regular contact with them about my appeals to my insurance but they still sent my account to collections. Absolute cruelty. I hope people stop going there and that they shut down.

Complete breakdown in communications between different doctors and nurses. Hard to tell who's lying to you.. if possible do yourself a favor and seek help elsewhere. Pluses are they do have some very nice, smart nurses.. and meals were the best of any hospital I've been in.

I would not recommend this hospital, we brought my father in who had suffered a previous double pulmonary embolism and was having the same symptoms . They had no sense of urgency, and most of his treatment was done from the waiting room. They would take him for a test and then bring him back to the waiting room. When I asked how long it would before he would get to see the doctor I was told that once they get results on all of his test then they will get a bed for him. We have now been waiting for three hours and still have not seen a doctor and my dad has chest pains and shortness of breath. I will never bring my family members here ever again. They are going to end up letting someone die waiting in the assessment waiting area to be treated.

This emergency room is the most disorganized ER I’ve ever seen. I brought my dad in today and every time he was taken back not a minute would go by and someone else was calling for him. Then once all of his test were done we waited for 3 hours to get any results. Ive had wonderful experiences at this hospital in the past but today was a mess, and it wasn’t as busy as I’ve seen it in the past.
