I would like to thank all the medical staff for sending an elderly man hone because he "pulled a muscle in his chest". With active chest pains b/p extremely high he was sent home. I would also like to Thank THEM for the swift action and reassurance he was not having heart issues to him now at Norton's because he's in cardiac distress. I was told heart enzymes were normal when in fact they were 17.5. Jennings Hospital is the absolute best!

Bandaid stand at best. Dr. flew my daughter to Indy because of an allergic reaction that had her swollen pretty bad but nothing so severe that she was in any imminent danger, if anything he should have had her taken by ambulance but instead he had her flown which ended up costing around $50,000 just for the flight! Then she gets to Indy and is ONLY observed for about 10-12 hours and sent home, no IV, no other meds beside prednisone. Needless to say it was completely unnecessary and it’s gonna cost me for the rest of my life I’ll be paying the flight bill alone and it wasn’t even needed the more I think about it the more it makes me want to cry. I’m a struggling single parent with NO assistance. I plan on arguing the cost with both hospitals and AIR MEDICAL.

Wait time and trying to even get ahold of the peds office and set an appointment is way more difficult than it should be

Ridiculous ! I took my son in to be checked out , 3 hours later still sitting there . I left. Someone could have at the least said hey we think u should go to another hospital we r a little busy tonight , even though it was only 2 people waiting the whole time I was there, but no . Apparently they dont have enough respect to at least inform people instead of letting people sit around wasting their time with sick babies in a waiting room for 3 fn hours and then some. I went to the hospital in Seymour and was in a room in 5 minutes and out in 35 to 45 minutes. Definitely worth the 25 minute drive from this hospital.
