Amazing staff in ALL departments. Was in and out in no time at all. Didn't have to wait long at all. Everybody was friendly and made you feel like you really mattered. The staff there made you feel like they genuinely cared about you and your problems. Even the test results came back fast. If you're ever in this area and need care I recommend going here. They are really helpful! And very friendly! Thank you to all and God bless every one of you!

Got sick on a Friday night, come Monday I did not feel better and had to call in sick. And Dr office has to set up appointment to see you and it is normally weeks out before you can get seen. So I went to the immediate care clinic across from Salem Hospital. Walked in signed in waited less than 10 minutes. They took me a to exam room. Waited less ton 15 minutes Dr came in talked with me ran some test for the flu came back negative. Come to find out it was a virus. Plenty of rest and fluids was the best medicine. Was better by morning and went to work had a wonderful experience the immediate Care clinic. Less than anahour I was in and out and headed home Will definitely go back when I can not get in to see my family Dr. it is so nice to have this practice here saves from having to go through the emergency room.

I came to the hospital in severe pain. I had been throwing up for days I couldn't keep any food or liquid down. They sent me home stating it was a mild uti. I left the hospital in just as much pain as I came in with. The antibiotics were not tested and they did not work. I ended up admitted to Floyd County Hospital a few days later.

Had 103 degree fever when showed up here. No ice water for four hours no attempt to get fever down. Gas gangrene in foot possibly sepsis from what I was told later. The worse part is the examining physician couldn't get it that invasive candida and infections blew up into gas gangrene. Not the sharpest ER physicians for sure. The nurses were very helpful overall but the doctor in charge was next to clueless
