I have never had such a great experience at a hospital. Everyone was awesome, from ER to all staff and Dr's. The food was great, I thought I was at a hotel. Thanks to all the great people for taking care of me. God bless you all.

My child had a temp of 103.1. Waiting an hour before being called to a room in the back was understandable. So, while in the waiting room a nurse took a swab of my child’s nose. Once we were called to a room in the back, we waited 1.5 hour for any sign of a doctor. I stepped out of the room to make sure they had not forgotten about us. I went in with a possible miscarriage, it took them over three hours just to get me into a room. When in the room the doctor only came in twice! The nurses were so very rude, i ended up staying a total of 9 hours in this place. Never will come here again.

Whenever my father is admitted to St. Vincent's from the nursing home, he has received excellent medical attention from a superb, caring staff. By the second day, he is alert, talkative, physically comfortable, and so much better than before. I must extend kudos to the kitchen/cafeteria staff for really good meals and for catering to the needs of the patients. In addition, the facility is new, clean, and absolutely gorgeous. We could not ask for anything better!

I went in the ER... That Dr needs to go back to school.. she couldn't even read an x-ray right!! Splint my finger WAY wrong... luckily I went to Dr. Savage in Birmingham, now thinking about getting a lawyer... she could've messed up my finger for the rest of my life the way she had it done!! I work with my hands, I am a hairstylist!! And they wonder why they don't get paid & yes I have insurance!!! From now on... I don't care how much pain I'm in I will drive to Birmingham to go to the hospital!!! So yall... think twice before you take your loved ones or yourself here!!!
