Terrible patient rapport and customer service. Any and all receptionist; no matter the department; are extremely rude, speak to patients as if we are ignorant for asking simple questions, and treat every phone conversation as if it's such a bother to do the EASIEST JOB of any emloyee in that hospital! My suggestion would be to either make them all go through better training AGAIN just to keep that job they have been blessed with when so many of us CAN'T find work, or can't work due to our condition. Or clean house and rehire any department answering phones and speaking directly with patients. I ran a customer service DEMANDING business for 6 yrs and my clients favorite thing about me was the fact that I never brought my personal life or feelings to the job, and treated every client with a certain personability easy to relate to and ALWAYS happy to help with a smile! Because THAT'S what customers wanna see. Make them feel like u love being there to help them, not as if it's such an inconvenience to even answer the phone! Or, I would be glad to come show u, first hand, how it's done! See,I hate not having the easy job and watching others do that job so horribly... Yet, still keep it! Just a suggestion from someone having to deal with you guys a good bit, get better receptionists with more personality and your customers will be much happier! Thanks

Most amazing hospital. Everyone from the housekeepers to the doctors took care of our every need. I can't sing their praises enough. Special thanks to Chaplain Clay for his kind attention. The ICU nurses and 2nd floor nurses were wonderful. Don't have a single complaint after spending 17 days there. The Lofton family

Took my daughter in for an arm injury and before even taking xrays the doctor wrenched her arm all around and “diagnosed” it as nursemaid elbow, after his unethical methods didn’t “fix” the problem, he ordered xrays and saw her arm was broke and made it worse of a break by the way he messed with her arm! After receiving a second opinion from another hospital and set of doctors, they all agreed the methods use were unjust and we will NOT be returning.
