feedback about Stephens Memorial Hospital
I moved to Norway about 2 years ago. I have been to Stephen Memorial on several different occasions for myself and my daughter and everyone from the housekeepers to the doctors and everyone in between have been kind, courteous, and caring. The nurses and doctors took the time to listen to our concerns and took the time to discuss our options of care and made us feel like we were the only ones in the ER. Unlike any ER visit we have ever had! Just an Amazing Emergency Room and an Even More Amazing Staff!
I had to have an appendectomy yesterday, I chose to go to Stephen Memorial. So glad I did! The nurse staff from the ER, to Surgical to the West wing was awesome. When I get all the names I will definitely add them to this post! What a wonderful experience for 55 yr old woman who had never had surgery before!
The nurses and staff were amazing. However, two of their ER doctors are completely 100% unprofessional and need to have their credentials re-evaluated..(names not to be said). I've seeked second opinions at other local hospitals and have had astounding reactions to what their diagnosis, treatment, and attitude were like. All in all there are some very good caring, professional people there but the ones who make the big decisions need to go back to school. I personally would never bash any business or person without justification.
I have been to this hospital twenty times or more throughout my life and had 2 children born there. Not one time ever was I upset or disappointed with the level of care I was given.Just went in nov.2018 and again received excellent care.in and out in less than 45 minutes. Its a smaller hospital than the big cities but they are absolutely the best at what they can do there.Do not hesitate when considering going to this hospital for free.
Awful service..I was in there for 2 hr, before I got seen...also my personal info. was all wrong. When I got to the pharmacy, they had a prescription for a different person.
