Sterling Surgical Hospital

I was so looking forward to a great experience based on the reviews. But noooo! It was pretty awful. The receptionist was nice and so were 2 nurses who were assisting with my procedure. Other than that the first set of nurses acted as if I was a nuisance because I was asking questions about what to expect during and after surgery. They never once went out to talk to my family about how things went or showed any kind of empathy or compassion. I could say a whole lot more because I am still in pain and having complications that no one affiliated with the "care team" seems to care about, but I will save all that for the survey they sent me to fill out. If you want to be treated badly, choose this place.

Very nice staff. Convenient location that is easy to find. I like that it's not at an actual Hospital. Had surgery at this location also a few months ago and had an awesome experience. I would recommend this surgical facility to all.
