Everyone, from ER to CCU to inpatient Rehab, was caring, professional, and provided the human touch often lacking in medical care today. And, the best hospital food I have ever had (once they took me off cardiac diet and I could get some seasoning). Kudos to doctors, nursing staff, OT/PT, and kitchen staff

We are from Portland Oregon and this was the best ER experience we have had. 20 minute wait only because patient with chest pain walked in therefore they went before us which is understandable. Quick treatment including X-ray and diagnosis and referral. Done within an hour. We saw Dr. Parnell.

Dr. Ramsey and the E.R. staff handled my “kidney stone” situation very professionally! Provided relief and excellent after care instructions. I must include that the annoying part was the nurses station staff kept discussing loudly about taking smoke breaks together and on their return, the smell of cigarette smoke was triggering my allergies. Healthcare was great though!

Note to anyone unfortunately ending up here: make sure whoever the patient is gets proper care SOMEWHERE ELSE and read the other 1 star reviews!
A family member of mine went in by ambulance from a different, smaller county to seek treatment for chest pain, vomiting, slow heart rate, and fainting. All symptoms of a heart attack warning. The doctors did not take my family members seriously at all because they are a bit slower. They ended up staying overnight being monitored just to be told it was sleep apnea? They sure needed some insurance money didn't they. None of those symptoms are a result from sleep apnea! I am infuriated. While visiting in the hospital, I met two of the doctors in which both did not seem to care about him at all. They weren't listening to any of the things he experienced and were very impatient while he was speaking.
I don't know how this place is still open. It's flu season and the hospital is hot. Places like that need to remain a cool temperature to prevent the spread of germs. Not only that, but this place is disgusting and the nurses are useless. His IV wasn't flowing correctly and when he called, a "nurse" came in to help only to leave and get another "nurse"?!! The experience I viewed my mother and her fiance had at this place makes me sick. To the lady at the reception desk, thank you for being the only one that gives a care about anyone. This place needs to fully restaff those who work in the cardiology wing. I am absolutely disgusted and would never take nor recommend anyone go here.

They over charge, had a testicular ultrasound done in the ER and was only there for 3 hours. They charged me $4,500 AFTER INSURANCE!!! The doctor who worked there charged me separately, and the radiologist who looked at the images charged me separately. No one actually works there it is just multiple businesses using the same building. Attorney is getting involved for the over charging. its cheaper to pay him.
