My son spent 3 days in the pediatric unit. Every nurse and respiratory staff were amazing. Everyone was so kind and caring. We can't thank them all enough.

I had to go in for a broken collarbone. Everybody was extremely nice to me. I did not have any bad experience whatsoever. There was no long wait time or anything. Since moving here in June, my two smallest children have both ended up running very high temperatures in the middle of the night when regular doctors' offices are closed for the day, so we have had to take them to Sumner Station to be seen. Sumner Station is our favorite because it's right down from our house. We like having them that close to us. Everybody at both facilities has been great. We are new here and we like it!

The gentleman who helped today was really nice. I told him I was cold and he grabbed me a warm blanket and took his time on me.

Many thanks to Dr. King and the staff at Sumner Regional Medical Center. They literally saved my life this week. The level of care provided in their Critical Care section was amazing.

Night shift never wants to do anything... I been her hour and a half no news... No nurse.. No doctor... Just sitting happens every time! The nurse walking down the hallway seen me coming to the door and took off walking fast pass me before I could say anything. I hate this place. Slick racist and they treat the convicts from sumner county jail better smh! I'm leaving without seeing anyone again.
