We are from Portland Oregon and this was the best ER experience we have had. 20 minute wait only because patient with chest pain walked in therefore they went before us which is understandable. Quick treatment including X-ray and diagnosis and referral. Done within an hour. We saw Dr. Parnell.

I've worked in many of hospitals and I got to say Summer Regional has the best E.R. They use actual Doctor's too.

The Staff of Labor and Delivery was great and very Professional. Then they tell my family our Newborn failed his Oxygen levels in his Car seat test 3 times. Called Vanderbuilt, had him Life flighted cause the Ambulances were not available. Scared all of us to death of course. Vandy test him in NICU all day and conclude that Sumner Regional had bad machines!!!! Gave the wrong readings!!!!
My daughter who was recovering from a C-section and freaking out about the Baby, was not healing cause of your mistakes with equipment????!!!!

My son spent 3 days in the pediatric unit. Every nurse and respiratory staff were amazing. Everyone was so kind and caring. We can't thank them all enough.

I had to go in for a broken collarbone. Everybody was extremely nice to me. I did not have any bad experience whatsoever. There was no long wait time or anything. Since moving here in June, my two smallest children have both ended up running very high temperatures in the middle of the night when regular doctors' offices are closed for the day, so we have had to take them to Sumner Station to be seen. Sumner Station is our favorite because it's right down from our house. We like having them that close to us. Everybody at both facilities has been great. We are new here and we like it!
