Had to take my daughter to ER this morning. There were only two nurses there. They were so busy it was ridiculous and seemed unfair to me. They were kind,professional and efficient and the team work was amazing. PLEASE let them know they're doing a good job! Thank you.

Love the Augusta Walk-in ER, but Gawd the billing is so messed up it isn't even explanatory from the bills provided. They keep telling you that you owe but can't prove it in writing and on paper. Can take almost a year to get the bill...Then the DR's separate bill comes trailing along. I really don't want to return to this DR office if the billing is jacked and keeps demanding more money.

I would rate this experience lower if I could. The ER doctor was rude. The floor in the room we were in was filthy. Terrible place. The nurses were very sweet but this hospital seems to consistently be taking steps backwards. A complete embarrassment to our community.

Excellent e.r doctor and nurse care. Not a long wait at all getting in, treated and released. I have nothing but good things to say ☺
