We were in Crescent City on vacation a month ago when we had a medical emergency with my daughter. The ER staff was great and they got us right in. Everyone was very helpful. I got a large bill because it was outside of network for my insurance, but this hospital worked with my insurance and was great. We are just waiting on the Physician's bill, but he was great along with the hospital.

We're new in the area, my daughter has complex medical issues. She went in with pain, and nausea. All of the staff were kind, and efficient. We had labs drawn, an ultrasound, and the Doctor wrote a script for iv antibiotics for a potential brewing infection. My daughter has a central line, it was also nice to have them not intimidated by that. While I was waiting, I even visited the Cafateria. Clean, friendly and a great menu. It is a shame that the Sutter system does not invest more resources into this hospital, as we were told many get flown out. While we were there, there were quite a few people and the staff managed all with kindness and a smile. The community is obviously growing, and so should the medical community, I hope in years to come the hospital will grow. I look forward, as does my daughter to a new relationship with our local hospital. Thank You everyone

I recently spent a week recovering at your hospital. The Emergency Room and MCU staff were amazing. Their care and compassion were above my expectations and helped calm this very anxious patient. I will not hesitate to seek help from your hospital in the future. God bless all of you for your outstanding outstanding care.

I've been here för 5 days and my condition was very bad. All the people in these hospital, beginning with nurses, doctors and all the other guys, helped me a lot to get well soon as fast as possible. Great job and today you can't see anything in my face. Lovely greetings from Germany Sylvia Schriever & Stephan

I went in on Friday because of kidney srones. The Dr was great and told me if it didn't get better in a couple days to come back. Well I went in today today for the same problem only to get treated poorly my the head nurse and the social worker. They made me feel horrible and there is no reason for them to do that to a patient. I was doing what I was told to do by the Dr who is there.
