Friday October11th 2019 My husband wasn't feeling well and we ended up going to sutter from the time we entered through the emergency door we were greeted with respect, concern, and a welcoming attitudes, the next wonderful experience was the royal treatment given throughout all of the staffing there like Erin and lettie and the team's of others there. Thanks and keep up the great jobs to each and all

While their facility seemed to be mostly state-of-the-art with most all the equipment that you would want or is necessary in the event of an emergency. The staff there suffers from a common Lake County ailment which is called doesn't want to help people so if for any reason they can marginalize you or whatever they're going to be super or if you don't have insurance they all want you out of there fast because the above all they need to get paid 1st and so that affects health care they would have wrote any prescription necessary except for a prescription for pain medication which wasn't needed but might have helped my spouse who desperately needed help and but was uninsured so was kind of turned away and I just I will go to another hospital and the future. One that cares and not playing hot potato. They let a crazy person decide whether or not he should stay and be observed. And I can tell you from experience that he needed the three day evaluation it's better for the whole neighborhood. I don't sense that our private information is private with these folks either. One of those hospitals from that B rated scary movie where it turns out something really wrong was going on and that's why everyone was so aloof.

Our ER nurse, Christina O, was wonderful. She was professional but so very caring. A credit to nursing.

I brought my neighbor here for a possible kidney issue. I'm waiting in the Emergency department wait area. A woman is in here with 2 small children whom are running and screaming around. The mother is on her phone oblivious to others around. I finally asked her myself to control her kids, and an employee finally came out and asked me whom I was here for? Nevermind the FACT that I too am a member of Sutter Lakeside Community. Very very poor consumer relations.

I was recently admitted to Sutter Health Lakeside Hospital. I cannot say enough good things about every aspect of this amazing local hospital. The staff were Professional, warm and friendly and dedicated to every aspect of my care. The team work demonstrates the strength of each team member and a quick recovery for me thank the Lord. I’ve had the misfortune to experience hospital stays in many different countries around the world and this hospital get a HUGE 5 stars from me. Please keep up the great work, you are an outstanding team. Breda
