Sutter Maternity & Surgery Center of Santa Cruz

i had cataract surgery last week....i have also had other surgeries there in the last 10 yrs....I cant say enough good things about Sutter. This time my nurse was Myriam...she was wonderful....as in the past the staff takes such good care of the patients...i was nervous when i got there...but I was able to relax after Myriam did her magic. Kathleen, Kai & Ysena were wonderful as well...the team is very attentive and caring....I thank them so much for the work they do & the way they approach caring for patients.

The place is clean and cheery, the staff are all helpful and friendly. And they run on time!

Terrible customer service. Called this morning to see if they accept my insurance plan to be seen for prenatal checkup and ultrasound and the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude and condescending. Could not get off the phone fast enough.

I had surgery here at Sutter Maternity in early August 2019. This is my 8th surgery at this location and I am completely happy with the care and cleanliness of this hospital, the staff here are very kind and sensitive to patients needs and go out of their way to make us feel calm and comfortable before surgery.The Doctor's that have offices here are my surgical Doctors and I am forever grateful for their treatment and care during and after my surgeries. I have been disabled for 21 years due to an accident in Monterey County. I had chosen to move back to the Santa Cruz area because of my injuries and have counted on my Doctor's here for care and treatment. They have their offices here at Sutter Maternity... they are like my own team of Super Heros!!

Worst customer service! worst worst worst! I called them this morning to asking if they provided Natera Panorama test (NIPT) there? They rudely said no and hang up the phone. This is not acceptable attitude especially for the hospital.
