I called to schedule an appointment and the guy that answer transferred me without even answering my question. I spoke to a scheduler that for no reason put me on hold just to say that their other receptionist handle new patient. Asking me where I’m calling from out of nowhere was odd. So here’s me hoping they call me back with nothing.

Went to this ER for hypertensive event last year. They overstated my condition (My regular Cardio told me their tests were not an indication of a Cardio event) and admitted me to the hospital. I had arrived in early afternoon. Spent many hours without food or water. Later was told it was too late for dinner and all they had were Ham sandwiches, on white bread. I told them I am vegetarian, where upon I was offered Jello (which is not vegetarian!). They could not even offer a piece of fruit or yogurt! No vegetarian meals were available the next day either. Shameful. Upon reviewing my claims from this hospital, I was enraged to see the amount of money charged for this simple overnight monitoring and a few blood tests. I was not in intensive care and the bill was over $20K. What a sham. Not only that, this medical group assigned a Physician that was not in their medical or my insurance group, which is Sutter Health and the reason I went to their ER. Then, they denied that physician's claim. What kind of practice is this!

Come to this hospital a lot for my care since I have sickle cell anemia and my doctor office is right down the hill. Went there today since I'm having a severe sickle cell crisis and instead of being admitted and treated I was sent home in excruciating pain even though they could see how much pain I was in the doctor didn't even care. The only person that kept trying to help me was my nurse named Rond he tried to do anything to help me with pain and trying to get me admitted so I could get relief but know I'm most likely will be back cause of the pain, I thought doctor's were supposed to help not send you packing with discharge papers and tell you they've done all they could, this is one of the worst experiences I've had at this hospital and I will definitely be filing a complaint with the hospital cause I should not be sitting at home in excruciating pain and making another trip tonight cause I'm still sick and tired and in pain.

Horrid personal experience. Two nurses however (4th Floor) Phoebe & Alexandra were supberb. So glad they were there.
