feedback about Swedish Issaquah
Living on Capitol Hill, one might not expect me to drive out to Issaquah for a medical procedure but I'm glad I did for a few for different reasons. First and foremost, their scheduling options are the most available and flexible. Their parking facilities are easily accessible, negotiable, maneuverable and free. it is a very quick and easy drive Eastward on I-90. My experience was very friendly, professional, seamless and efficient as I found myself leaving an hour earlier than I anticipated.
I had great maternity care at this facility throughout the duration of my pregnancy. The staff were very kind and professional. They were even very accomodating to our request to have our older children present during the delivery of their new sibling. Both the doctor and nurses explained each procedure and assisted our eldest in the cutting of the cord. It was an unforgettable experience for our family.
This place is absolutely wonderful. I had to take my boyfriend to the ER for an emergency procedure. Right when we arrived they took us back to our room, immediately 5 nurses were in there helping us and within two minutes a doctor came in. They gave us the exact time they would return to our room for the procedure, and checked on us multiple times while waiting. Excellent team work and communication between employees, they went above and beyond in their outstanding care for my boyfriend, and to top it off they all were in good spirits and cheerful vibes which is exactly what we needed in this stressful situation.
Looking around for cancer treatment this place was by far the most convenient and attentive. The doctors in oncology and surgery communicate well as your treatment team and are up on the latest methods. They are genuinely caring and all the staff respond promptly to questions.
My daughter was admitted in that ER. Not only were they rude and disrespectful, they had her 19 year old friend who, for your interest, was not a doctor nor had any experience monitor her heart beat for 6 hours from 5am to 12 pm, which later resulted into him missing school since he felt like he was responsible for my daughter’s life. It took them 3 hours to bring her a cup of water, and the only way they would start treating her like a human being is when she cried. She asked a nurse to go to the bathroom and no one came for 1.5 more hours. The service was terrible and I’m going to bring it up with my attorney.
