I was completely amazed at the care my father received when he entered in to the emergency department. Ultimately, he was admitted but I have NEVER seen such caring treatment in a hospital in my life and dad certainly gave me a few hospitals to visit during his time in Seattle. Still alive at 93! No other hospitals compared to Swedish Issaquah! The professionalism, combined with compassionate care, soft warm yellow room, big flat screen tv, great restaurant on the main floor. I was so impressed with the staff I wrote a letter to the administrator and thanked them for the hard work they do and the above stellar service they provided to dad. I will never forget them ever!!!!

Living on Capitol Hill, one might not expect me to drive out to Issaquah for a medical procedure but I'm glad I did for a few for different reasons. First and foremost, their scheduling options are the most available and flexible. Their parking facilities are easily accessible, negotiable, maneuverable and free. it is a very quick and easy drive Eastward on I-90. My experience was very friendly, professional, seamless and efficient as I found myself leaving an hour earlier than I anticipated.

The service is good. Their billing system is the worst one I've ever seen. They have multiple recipient addresses and they don't fill out your insurance claim correctly, resulting in bills hard to pay and hard to resolve.

By far the worst place to go for lab work.
They are completely unorganized, not prepared, understaffed and unprofessional.

Wait times are over an hour while being told you have a 20 minute wait.

They do not follow a schedule of appointment or time.

Do not recommend this location for labs at all.

I have been going to Swedish Issaquah for years now. Our entire family sees the same doctor. Doctor Canavera is the best Dr I have ever worked with. She listens to what we have to say instead of trying to get us in and out of the office as fast as she can.
Today my mom went to see dr canavera and her phone died. My husband had dropped my mom off because the kids and I are out of town. My husband nor I could get ahold of my mom to see if she was ready to be picked up. The Swedish staff went out of their way to help us find my mother. It took a while, but while I was on the phone with the dr office my mom showed up. The staff member told my mom that my husband was waiting for her downstairs.
The lady I was on the phone with stayed calm and collected while I was freaking out. I am so thankful that the lady on the phone was willing to help me find my mom and keep me calm.
Thank you for helping me. I do not know what I would have done had you not helped me.
I also want to thank Dr Canavera for being the best doctor a family could ask for.
Swedish is the best hospital and medical center I have ever been to.
