I was completely amazed at the care my father received when he entered in to the emergency department. Ultimately, he was admitted but I have NEVER seen such caring treatment in a hospital in my life and dad certainly gave me a few hospitals to visit during his time in Seattle. Still alive at 93! No other hospitals compared to Swedish Issaquah! The professionalism, combined with compassionate care, soft warm yellow room, big flat screen tv, great restaurant on the main floor. I was so impressed with the staff I wrote a letter to the administrator and thanked them for the hard work they do and the above stellar service they provided to dad. I will never forget them ever!!!!

Living on Capitol Hill, one might not expect me to drive out to Issaquah for a medical procedure but I'm glad I did for a few for different reasons. First and foremost, their scheduling options are the most available and flexible. Their parking facilities are easily accessible, negotiable, maneuverable and free. it is a very quick and easy drive Eastward on I-90. My experience was very friendly, professional, seamless and efficient as I found myself leaving an hour earlier than I anticipated.

The service is good. Their billing system is the worst one I've ever seen. They have multiple recipient addresses and they don't fill out your insurance claim correctly, resulting in bills hard to pay and hard to resolve.

The Hospital has fantastic service and facility. There building is almost new and up to date however, is low on rooms available many times. I had an issue and went in and received 5 star service but negative star billing which is why I am giving a 1 star. I had to be transported to Cherry Hill and Hospital told me that I had to take AMR. I had said I wanted to take Uber or have someone drive me instead. They than informed me that they would not receive me at cherry hill if I did not take there service and eventually said they would pay for the invoice. I even wrote on the invoice that I did not want to use there service. Long story short billing has gone on for over a year and now I am paying full balance and AMR wasn't even on my insurance plan. $2800.00 for a 15 min drive awesome. Service is great but be prepared for the billing afterwords.
