This is absolutely the worst hospital in the entire world I have never in my life been treated so rudely and death respected by anyone. Expresly when you're in need of a real doctor not a nurse practitioner and are in extreme pain and told there is an epidemic so we can not give you a prescription for pain medication it's not my problem or my fault that there is an epidemic so don't voice to me that if you have a legitimate health is you and it's visible but yet you're treated like you're a drug seeker that's just wrong the people that really need something for pain can't even get that this is the most horrible as place that you could ever go to the only reason I went was because it was the closest I had a severe dental implant abscess and could it get any help for it they're sent me a bill for $1400 for what I have no idea cause this place didn't help me at all was in a car accident 2 months ago left there still having problems got my medical records back for that day and showed that I had patches of fluid on my longs laceration inside my chest cavity but sent me out of there saying there was no problems I would just be sore this hospital needs to be shut down or have the right administrators in charge the nurses are disrespectful act like they hate their life and their job go straight to the desk and talk about every single patient in their badd like they're so much better

I would give this band aid stand negative stars if I could. There are some good people here. But the majority are rude and should not be around sick or hurting people. My personal experience here is nothing short of heart breaking.

If you can go to another hospital I would recommend it strongly.

Absolutely terrible. Have been here multiple times for myself and family members, with issues from severe dehydration to eye injuries to relative mental health problems. Sat for hours before we were seen, with the excuse that they were “very busy” (4 ER rooms were empty). Nurses gathered around the desk and joked and laughed about a patient that was “f***ing insane” in the room next to us, and left my father in the bed waiting to see a doctor again for hours (with an empty IV bag in, and alarms going off). Constantly asking the nurses just pisses them off and they ignore you on purpose. If you have the choice to go here or drive an hour to oak ridge to get to Methodist, drive the hour - you’ll get help sooner that way.

We have had my dad up at the hospital numerous times over the past month for smothering and pain in between his shoulder blades. Sadly they don’t listen except to hear the smothering part. To top things off last night when we were there instead of tending to patients and verifying that they had what they needed the nurses and some others stood at the nurses station laughing and caring on.
