Very rude and unprofessional. Did not provide proper care infact did not provide healthcare at all except an xray in the wrong area and some pills and then gives a $2k+ bill.

Have always been treated well. Only problem with 1 staff member. Doctos have been good.

I recently had a CT scan with and without contrast. I would like to recommend, Robert in registration, Tina insurance, Kay in admitting, Brandie in radiology and also Lisa. Everyone was just amazing and kind.
The medical center is very clean and has a nice little garden area.
My local hospital was asking thousands of dollars for a CT scan and I got it done there for $ 349.00. I have no met my deductibles for the year therefore cost was an issue.
If I am ever in need of a procedure I would check with Newport Medical Center first.

Everytime someone in my family has went here it's been a good experience. They have always been fast, polite, and knowledgeable. Only reason they aren't getting 5 stars is because we have had some issues with their billing department and how paperwork is filed.

Husband broke his ankle last year while working on our house. When he went in and told them this they assumed it was workman's comp related, even though he specifically told them it happened at his own house. Guess they thought he worked in construction or something. Anyway they filed it as workman's comp and we had to go round and round with our insurance and the hospital to get it straightened out.

The other thing was they tried to charge my husband $1200 just for the doctor to talk to him, wrap his ankle in an ace bandage, and set up an appointment with an orthopedic doctor. This didn't include the charge for x-ray and just the overall charge for using the hospital itself. I know hospital costs are often ridiculous but this seemed excessive.
