Patti Carter

My 92 year old father was treated in the emergency room for an apparent UTI, the doctor, Dr. Schultz, was extremely rude and dismissive toward him and the family members that were there. I would like to file a formal complaint against him. Patricia L Carter.

I live out in the backwoods where everything is far away even though there are other hospitals on the way that are way closer I'd rather go to this er. If the reason I need to visit the ER is not life threating or severe enough that we need to be there asap I will travail all the way just because. They have the best staff that I've ever dealt with. Its the only ER I've been too in almost 2 years! When my almost 3 yr old was 1 mt old she got respiratory sick. I took her to the Dr more than 15 times and 3 different ER's 3 to 5 time each from the time she was one mt untill she was 8 mt and I was told she was fine just had a viraress every Time. I was at my wits end with it when a friend suggested this ER. As soon as the receptionist heard that poor baby coughing and choking on snot she took us to a room. Went and got a nurse to check her. While checking her she asked me how long she had been sick when i told here pretty much seince birth she freaked out on me. Was gonna call dcfs and have her taken from me. Luckily I had keep all her paper work from the pediatrician and the ER's n a folder in the diaper bag. I instantly showed her them and she apologized and told me to sue. They figured out she had RSV on top of double phenomena. Her throat was severely scratched and inflamed from coughing so much. I credit this hospital and it ER staff that day for saving her life. About a month before her 2nd b-day we were visiting my sister and she don't have a car and my husband had ours that day she live about 45 miles from my mother-in-laws. (I'll call her LB) I put her down for a nap on the couch. I pot a pillow next to her but it didn't help and while asleep she rolled of the couch and hit her head on a toy car. She wound up with a cut right above her eyebrow almost a inch long. I called LB and she flew there. I just held it shut with a rag so by the time she made it there I had the bleeding stopped. LB was a CNA and knew about the rsv ordeal and agreed that because it had stopped bleeding it was ok to by pass the other ER's n go here. They were awesome with her. They asked which she was more comfortable with m or f. And they got 4 lady's to come in with stuff toys and help distract and hold her so they could glue it. They did a fantastic job she barley has a scar. *shown in photo attached.
