Timpanogos Regional Hospital

Unexpected trip to ER was made much more comforting and pleasant because of my nurse, Krystal. Her bubbly demeanor efficient, professional manner, made the experience far more relaxed and productive than it might have been. When transferred to CCU, I was handed over to the care of another Krystal, and K.......?, both were exceptional. Kudos to everyone on that floor as well. Thanks for taking good care of me. I went to the ER in May at night. The staff were very eh... Just another person. I get it. It's late. My main complaint is with the billing. The doctor saw me for maybe ten minutes total and I was charged over $900. Thankfully, that billing company said I could cut my payment in half since it was my first time. The billing (Revere Health) was good and could help me out pretty well. 5 MONTHS later I got another bill (this billing is from the hospital itself and NPAS) of over $300. After calling a few different people wondering where this came from after I was done paying all my payments, I find out this bill is for the facilities. Note: there is no description of what it's for. Also, the service culture at the hospital and when calling the billing line is quick (I couldn't understand them), curt, and showed no understanding or desire for giving me additional help. Because of the billing and some of its poor customer service, I really would not recommend this hospital.

I just had a baby at Timp. and was able to have a natural birth! The nurses were great, super communicative and attentive, and I have no complaints! The celebration meal after giving birth was fun for me and my hubby, too. They are great at making sure even small things are attended to. I would love to deliver there again! Had exactly the support and experience I hoped for.

This is a great place to o. The Women's center is so great. All the people there are so nice and really care about you. I will always go back there for the things I need done.It is such a nice place. Thanks you.

They knew my young man needed 3x the food a normal teenager consumed as he is an athlete and also on a growth spurt. They were so kind and loving and thoughtful. They did all the calling to line up my boy with the best care after hospital and considered location and cost and insurance. All I had to do was hang out with my son in his room. They fed me and my young athlete incredibly delectable food. It was gourmet. Truly loving staff. Incredible DR's that care deeply. Work tirelessly to help as alleviate stress and worry. They are all angels.
