This place is a joke. They be spending millions to make clinics look good but still cant hire employees that actually help you

This place sucks really bad. My mom was admitted on Wednesday/ Thursday around midnight of last week today marks Tuesday and she is still in. They had told her she was going to be here for 2-3 days and get surgery. She has now been here nearly a week and no surgery. The surgeon keeps making up excuses such she was vacation so couldn’t come until Monday then Monday came she didn’t show up either for no reason and on Tuesday out of the blue she suddenly has the stomach flu. What kind of hospital has only one surgeon? This is rediculous. My mom is becoming really upset and anxious. I don’t like to see my mom like this and I’m most certain that the surgeon wouldn’t either. This has been the worst experience physically and mentally for my mom. I would not recommend to bring your children or your parents here.

Took my mom in to get checked out for an infection in her body. While she was being treated, a staff member entered the room she was in and was really rude to her and told her to go wait in the waiting room. My mom was still naked at the time and the staff member didnt even bother to help her get dressed. She just threw her clothes on the floor and left. She was a slim hispanic woman. This isnt the kind of service anyone should receive especially the elderly. I hope noone else ever experiences this and I hope that the administrator reads this and fires her!

Poor service bought in my mother been in the room for over an hour waiting on all other nationality other then an an yakama nation member and they located on the yakama reservation very poor service here rude intake person wow

Charge nurse JODIE leaves one feeling brushed off and uncared for. We had 2 people with the patient as is allowable according to this hospital protocol, Jody started her routine procedure (we had only been silently sitting watching her work on our loved one). She abruptly stopped her check up, looked at us and said Actually you two can wait in the next room. Come with me you two come over here and wait til I'm(nurse jodee) done. She walked us down a hall to a room to be separated from our sick family member who had blacked out twice and been throwing up all day sporadically (both while concious and blacked out) all the while leaving our afflicted loved one ALONE where they are prone to black out and possibly choke on their vomit. Unprofessional, uncalled for and very UNcaring. Charge Nurse Joedey is not emotionally supportive to worried families. The way she spoke was sharp and hard. Although she works in an emergency room where she should be used to dealing with worried families who are hoping for the best, Jodiee's words cut hope and kindness out of the atmosphere of the room. We are aware for procedures such as a CT scan we cannot be in the room BUT she was NOT doing that she was doing the routine weight/height/symptoms. We are highly unsatisfied with the service provided. If Charge Nurse Jodi reflects how ALL the staff are we would not trust them with any other health issues we would rather drive the extra distance to get care from a facility that doesn't despise helping real people ensure the health of their loved ones.
