I wouldn't even give them one star but it's required to in order to write a review. The front desk receptionists were rude and scowling when I came in. When the nurse physician came in she wasn't cheerful either. She was annoyed with me for asking questions about her diagnosis and double checking to make sure she knew the whole situation. I learned more about my diagnosis from the print out papers they gave me than the actual doctors physician. What a joke. The papers had more personality and people skills than those working there.
Charged me over a thousand dollars for a visit that lasted an hour.
After fighting them over charging me for things I never had done; Overnight stay- 300$, Bloodwork -90$, Bag of Saline? Nope didn't have any of it.
They revised my bill 3 months later. But all of it was still a hassle.
I always get charged a ridiculous amount for anything here. American Healthcare sucks.
Their urgent care is always fast and they're very helpful. I live in Moscow but drive all the way down to Clarkson for tri states urgent care. They're the best urgent care facility I have ever been too! I even had to have x-rays and blood work done on a Sunday and they were quick and very helpful. Even the girl that did my blood work was very gentle and I hardly felt a thing! I highly recommend tri state over any place in the palouse area.
Depending on the Dr depends on care first ER Dr was great change shift next DR was non professional at best. I have severe spinal disease per Specialists that make his degree look like a candy store degree. Never ever go to there ER again. Will be spreading the word on the major fumble on my care. Ya they screwed up big time. Also never put patients in one box I do not take narcotics unless in severe crisis and this was a major crisis. What happened to quality of care.
Very disappointing visit to Tri State Urgent Care. Took my daughter in law in today because she has been throwing up since last night and can not keep anything down. We were informed they couldn’t help us because that can’t prescribe narcotic. We were told to go to the ER. We weren’t going seeking drugs instead we were going to receive medical care. It this normal practice so they can charge more by sending you to the ER?
