I had a detailed review about some concerns I had from one visit. Administrator took the time to reach out and resolve the issues I had. Overall the wait was very short at the ER, we didn’t even have to take a seat. 🙂 The gentleman in the vitals room was very kind, understanding and personable. We had some concerns from that point on but the problems we had was personally addressed in a very compassionate and professional manner. I’ve always had AMAZING care from family practice at tristate. I know the heart of this hospital is compassionate and cares about their patients. Thank you again.

My husband went to Tri- State hospital Friday night and was admitted into the hospital. He has to have a surgery Saturday morning. We have received the best care from all of the doctors, nurses and kitchen staff. Everyone has been so friendly and caring. We could not have asked for a better staff. Thank you Tri- State staff for everything! Especially Sara the nurse working in the ER on the 11-11 shift Friday August 16th. She made my husband feel well cared for and comfortable.

My grandmother went to Tri State hospital ER for the second time the week of July 17th. She saw Heather Davis Remacle for a severe sinus infection. Heather had the nurse give my grandmother a steroid but soon came back into the room and asked if the steroid had already been given to her, which it had... she stated the doctor advised against the steroid in case she had a fungal infection. Approximately two days later my grandmother started losing her vision, we took her to St. Joe's and the Doctor sent her to a higher level of care, Kootenai Medical center. She was then flown to University of Washington where they confirmed a fungal infection that had damaged her optical nerve. She spent seven days at the university of Washington. I'm very unhappy tri state decided to give her the steroid before running this by the physician.

Be prepared to wait. I had an appointment scheduled for 9:30 am this morning. I showed up early, around 9:00. I know I was early. 35 minutes passed, so I went to the front desk & the lady said " your appointment accually isn't until 9:40. I said " you guys told me 9:30." They made it out that I was a moron and couldn't tell time. Whatever. I asked how much longer, they tell me 20 minutes. Keep in mind there were 2 people in the waiting room, not 50. It may sound petty, but when my appointment is at 9:30, call my name at 9:30. I can understand being a few minutes late but 20-30 minutes is ridiculous. I cancelled my appointment and walked out. Nobody even tried to stop me or apologize. I called the director over the pain management clinic & she basically just appeased me. She didn't seem to care at all. So be prepared to wait a long time when you use Tri state. And to the haters that call me petty, i really don't care what you say. I don't have time to sit in a waiting room for 30 minutes passed my scheduled time.
