Trihealth Evendale Hospital

My husband and I both received bills in the mail for services that took place almost 3 years ago. I spent about 3 weeks calling the automated phone system periodically to make the payment. Every single time, when I pressed 1 for English, the system wouldn’t go anywhere. It’s obviously a very frustrating error with their phone system. After the first time, I lodged a complaint about it online, but I never heard back from anyone. The EST hours don’t work for the time zone that I now live in, but I finally called and spoke to a rep. The rep told me “yes, we are aware of all the problems that are going on with the phone payment system and the online payment system. We know this gives our customers a lot of heartache. We actually have huddles every week where we discuss this and we’re hoping to get it fixed.” So it’s ALL payment systems AND they’ve been aware of it for a long time. What an absolute joke of a company. This is seriously poor customer service and I’ll make sure I recommend that no one I know uses Trihealth. It’s 2019– get it together and be a responsible company. No IT problem should ever last more than a day or two.

I had an excellent experience. Very well managed and efficient, the staff are super helpful. It's extremely clean, and nurses all seem to be having a good time which helps bring everyone's mood up for sure. Five stars for the staff. I really wish google maps let you break reviews into different pars, because the actual service I received was five stars all the way I have to knock stars off because of billing. I prepaid my bill based on the estimation, and because the surgeon and anesthesiologist are separate from the hospital, basically double paid for them. I was out of pocket for almost 3 months before they refunded me, I had to call to get it, they didn't do it on their own. Then after another month with no refund in sight, I had to call them out on social media to finally get it refunded. Seriously, they knew these would be billed separately. There is never a good reason to prepay, it always makes things more complicated.

Aboustly Wonderful ! This was my 5th back surgery 4 in different hospital and this was by far the absolute best ! The nursing Staff was the best I have ever had ! Aboustly no complaints from me !

2 years in a row I chose TriHealth Evendale Hospital for hip and a knee replacement surgeries. The entire staff with whom I interacted was GREAT! Kudos!
