Trinity Bettendorf

I'm writing this review only because of how amazing my nurse, Dana, was. She was beyond awesome. Being in that hospital for me was nerve wracking because I am new to the area and it is just my wife and I living here. She was so kind and responsive to all my requests. I drank water like you would not believe and she was always quick with getting me more. I needed pain meds pretty regularly as well and she was very responsive with that as well. She was easy to talk to but didn't pry more than she needed to. She talked about herself which was really nice. I can honestly say that she was the best nurse I have ever had and I've spent my fair share of time in the hospital before. She answered all my needs and went above and beyond as I am sure she did with her many other patients. Great person, great nurse. Thank you.

Every time I come for a blood draw on a Saturday it is the same thing. One person checking you in and one person taking blood. I could easily take my business to LabCorp and be in and out in under twenty minutes. At Unity Point it's always an hour minimum. You need more lab staff on Saturday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

8/8/19 My husband 3 rd Surgery in 17 days we are from Mn. This hospital from the Greeter at the front door to admissions .Billing .Pre opt..post opt.. And staff on the 3 rd floor I give 5 Star PLUS.. Dietary Breakfast ..

There was only 1 person before me. Yet. . I have been here for quite some time. And they are taking others back before me. Seems you can never have a easy E.R. visit. I'm a 9 on pain chart and am contagious.. Not a great start.. again

A little slow but accurate, nice staff here T.Y
