Pleasant experience every time I've been. They have been very fast and efficient just about every visit. My son was born here and they did and excellent job and couldn't thank them enough for what they did. Staff is very friendly and the waiting rooms are nice and the pond is a beautiful and peaceful place to go ease your mind.

Called to verify some information. The nurse is very rude and condescending. Clue to Trinity, if you’re going to have one of your nurses answer the phone and represent your facility, how about training them to provide acceptable customer service!

Sat in the room over a half hour, not one person came in. We ended up just leaving.. There were 5 people sitting around behind the desk just chatting. Total disregard for my fiance being in absolute misery and pain.

I waited for an hour plus when no one was there, left ,probably should SUE

My wife delivered our first here and we had to stay a few days. All of the nurses and staff were amazing. My only gripe is the room service had kind of an attitude when calling in the order, but friendly when they came to the room.
