I came into the ER due to a nasty fall and the staff was pleasant, attentive and quick to treat my broken arm. However, I had several cuts and scratches to my face and hands as well. I didn't think of it at the time because I was in pain, but no one examined or cleaned any of those other cuts or scratches. So when I got home, I had to clean my own wounds, including pulling pieces of debris out of my forehead with tweezers. I understand the fracture was the most pressing, but I had insurance and the ER should have treated every injury that resulted from the fall.

I was treated and tested in a most professional manner. Everyone was nice, but they treated me with love and devotion. I can tell they love people. Thank you for your care.

This hospital is AMAZING. My wife had a procedure here and she couldn't believe how friendly the staff were, from greeters to the nurses. Just an amazing experience. Thank you for taking such great care of her. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

This hospital isn't what it once was. Our young son died in this hospital's ICU unit. Even though we knew his physical life was over, he wanted to be an organ donor. We signed all the paperwork for the procedure since he was not able to sign for himself. We and the donor team had everything set for the organ harvest. However the honor of our child being able to help someone else live was taken away by the staff's actions in the ICU. They allowed his body temp to rise to a high degree which destroyed the viability of his organs. They took away his opportunity to die with the honor of helping others by donating his organs. This hospital should have faced inspection issues over this incident. But without a load of money, legally going after this hospital would have only cost our family not only our child's choice of being an organ donor but also a long expensive drawn out legal action which in the end, would probably change nothing. At least not for our son.

I was at TriStar StoneCrest Medical for surgery on my necck on 2/13/19. Everyone there was so caring and kind. The nurse's were excellent every time I pushed my call light they were in my room. The whole experience was great from the week before for pre-op to the spinal surgery class we had to attend. House keeping staff kept my room clean to food services bring my food to my room everybody was polite, kind and caring. If I have to go back into hospital for anything again I'll be sure to go back to TriStar StoneCrest Medical. and I would recommend them to my friends. Keep up the excellent job y'all are doing I wouldn't change a thing.
