I cannot say enough how amazing our experience with labor and delivery was. This is our second child and our first time with Stonecrest. I usually don’t leave reviews but my husband and I both were so blessed by every single person we came into contact with. Over 2 days in labor and a recovery stay and there was not one person who didn’t go above and beyond to care for us and our sweet boy. I wanted a natural delivery and those nurses were so encouraging and loving. Kathy and Judy especially were so wonderful during labor and delivery. Dr. Riley delivered my son, though it was very quick he was awesome and kept me relaxed during the recovery process. The hospital was beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable. So grateful to God for these people who helped us welcome our son!
Your labor and delivery department is above amazing! I've had all 3 of my children here, and the reason why is because of the amazing nursing staff. They always went above and beyond to support my natural deliveries. They always made sure I was okay afterwards in my recovery process and we're very gentle. They took such great care of my babies and I. I always recommend them to my mother's to be for a great labor experience.
Took my son to the ER with severe pain. The nurse Emily kept us informed of what tests were ordered and wait times. Keely the NP was wonderful and understanding. Excellent care given to my son in the ER. Thank you!
As you can see another 1 star review (which most are) . I called at 9:50pm 10/26/18 and whoever the lady is that answers the phone and directs you to the register lady is RUDE. Both of the women were rude. She answered the phone like she's fed up and wants to go home. No enthusiasm, I get it the end of the night and a Friday but if you can't learn to greet a customer, a human being for that matter then fire them or send them home. I told the woman on the line that I needed to pay my bill so I need the account number and she had a whatever attitude. When she connected me to the register woman I told her I needed my account number and then she said it'll be one minute then hung up. She didn't say anything about hanging up or putting me on hold- the line went dead. I called again to the ugly greeter what happened and she tried to connect me and the phone was ringing for over a min so she tried again and she answered and I told her what I wanted again and she asked for my name and when I was spelling it she kept saying "what" . And then when she gave me my number she wanted to say it all fast and stuff I had to tell her to slow down and she seemed irritated. Worst communication skills. Hire people that want to be there! That are good communicators and good customer service skills. This hospital has always had the rudest and inconsiderate employees, nurses, doctors.
The labor and delivery department was outstanding. They made my first child experience a fantasy. My experience here was everything I could've hoped for! No complaints at all. The nurses really took care of me and I just thank them so much for helping me to recover and being so patient with me. I was a first time mother and gave birth all natural here, I was pretty nervous but nevertheless the nurses respected my birth plan, my family members and my space. I really liked the fact that they treated my husband well there too, that was very important to me to know they care about his opinion and decisions. Love the environment as well. I wanted to specifically say that nurse Selena was incredible. She helped me to reach my birth goal and she has a special gift in caring for others especially in tense situations. I love Stonecrest!
