Excellent customer service, really I was blown away! The employees at the information desks were cheerful and friendly, and the gentleman who helped me get checked in was outstanding. I had a mammogram and the ladies in radiology were just as nice, I was seen right away and the whole process was smooth and easy. One of the best experiences I have ever had at a medical facility.

I was recently at Stonecrest After a fall. Could not walk on either leg and I had obvious swelling and bruising on my want a cu after a fall. Could not walk on either leg and I had obvious swelling and bruising on my one ankle. I was taken back to a room, and the nurse said she would be right back. My side rails were never put up, my call it was 3 feet behind me hanging on the wall. I’m obviously a fall risk, and I could not walk. It took over an hour to get some ice for my ankle, And when I did it was not even frozen. It was half water, and barely cold. I saw my nurse twice. Never had a pillow, I was not asked by my nurse if I wanted a blanket. The x-ray techs great. They came in to take pictures. The nursing supervisor came by later and asked me if I needed anything, and she got me a blanket.

The wait was entirely too long. I went in with pains proble to appendicitis. Thankfully it wasn't. I waited in the waiting room for 3 hours before being taken into a room. When i was taken into a triage they did bring a doctor in to do a flash diagnosis within the 1st 10 seconds, which is why i was concerned about appendicitis in the first place, he says to get a ct scan because of the location of the pain. Flash forward 2.5 hours later, i ask about when i might be taken back, and the receptionist replies that if i leave they will bill me anyways. I didn't even say i was leaving i just asked if i was going to be seen. When i did get taken back to a room, i went to use a bathroom and it was covered with blood. The sink, the door handle everything. I understand it was late at night, but in a hospital. I still expect sanitary conditions. I would never go back to this hospital.

Only hospital I go to! I live in a different town now and still drive further to go to Stonecrest. Always the most thoughtful staff who treat me like family. Dr. Thompson is my regular doctor who I have had for years and Dr. Taylor recently delivered my bundle of joy. Boy extraordinary with the best staff on hand. I look forward to each doctors appointment and wouldn’t go anywhere else

This was the best experience I have had at StoneCrest Medical Center emergency department. Everyone showed genuine concern for my situation. There was no long wait, but I received immediate attention. I was so thankful to everyone from the person that checked me in to the nurses and nurse practitioner. I give them 5 stars for their excellence, professionalism and genuine kindness. Thank you StoneCrest.
