I love this hospital! Everyone is top notch & make sure you’re as comfortable as can be!

Horrible, absolutely horrible. I’m 15 there’s a good chance I have thyroid cancer, they never sent my ultrasound results to the endocrinologist! They still haven’t for almost a month now! Completely unreliable. I just want my biopsy and answers....

Horrible patient discharge planning. Very okay with unsafe discharges. Although the physical therapists are very nice, they did very little work with me and the little that they did wasn't with my bad leg, only my good one. The nurse practitioner was very judgemental and had absolutely horrible patient care and did not take anyone else's thoughts into consideration. I was there for months and only saw the doctors twice for a total of maybe 5 minutes. However, some of the nurses were absolutely amazing and did their best to advocate for me.

Started off good turned into bad. Was told we could bring our pet inside ( helps with wifes panic and my ptsd) after spending money to get items to make pet comfortable inside....was told pet had to leave. ( after seeing workers covered in dog hair which im alergic to) Was harassed hourly to remove litter box, which I did, yet some brain dead idiot had security come in and harass us about the litter box that was already gone. Told us to remove it. Then keep getting harrassed by staff to bring in personal bipap machine that costs over $16999 to replace if damaged or broken. When i told them it was packed away in the car and would take hrs to get....was told " well we need it. ( hospital has a bipap in the room) With back and neck injuries myself unloading the car then reloading just to unload and reload again when equipment is available in the hospital is ignorant. Im a family member NOT AN EMPLOYEE, don't order me around or harass me unless you want a harassment lawsuit. If I see any animal come inside that will also lead to a descrimination lawsuit. This is the hospital google maps choose. I think we wouldve been better off traveling another few hrs to one that doesnt harass a disabled veteran family member of a patient in front of the patient and talk down to the patient. Also dont be degrading about patient to coworkers in front of patient and family.

My great grandma came here and was treated with more respect than any other hospital she's been to. She has been in and out of hospitals trying to get the care she needed, and troy was the only one to actually give her the treatments to help her. Now she is finally able to go back home. The views from her hospital room were gorgeous -the trees were lit up at night and during the day all you can see are rolling hills- and that was her favorite part.
