Wonderful hard working employees that go the extra mile to help you out. No n stressful feel to build and definitely a community feel. Both I as a patient and my family greatly appreciate the environment and employees of this hospital. Rooms are small and I don't know if they can handle more then one trauma at a time. Very basic layout with up to date building and facility is kept clean and well maintained. Not crowded during afternoon time on a Friday and helpful smiling staff in the lobby that walked us to the right building and back to our car. Thanks! And keep it up.

Worst hospital that I have ever been too. I had a hip replacement that was botched by my surgeon (Dr Kowalik). I woke up at midnight in excruciating pain. I was hyperventilating and the nurses did not know how to handle it. I was told over and over in my 4 day stay that they were at capacity and did not have time for me. There was a psych patient in the next room screaming all night long. The call light did not work properly and the help was overworked. They left me in the bathroom and on a bedpan without coming back in a timely manner. I was in so much pain that my doctor released me to a rehab facility. I was told all day that I would be transferred at 4 pm. At 6 pm on a Friday I was informed that someone dropped the ball and did not get approval from my insurance and that I would have to stay there until Monday to get approval. I had to stay another night to get my doctor to discharge me. I chose to take a medivac home the following morning even though I was not well enough to go home. I was then charged for the 4th night when it was clearly their fault. The only good thing I can say about this hospital is the food service. I give them an A plus.

If I could give them a zero I would. Very bad service, notes and staff are rude and don’t believe your symptoms. Don’t have doctors on site on weekends what do they think people don’t get sick on weekend!? 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
Don’t come here go some where else you’ll be much happier and actually get help not just a cover up of medication to make you comfortable and get rid of you!

Had an appendectomy here in August. I was in and out of the hospital in less than 24 hours. Sure there were some long wait times but going to the hospital isn't like going to Chipotle. Great staff, clean rooms, and I didn't die so that's a 5-star experience in my book. I look forward to getting my next appendix taken out here too.

So far, given that my wife was admitted at 8 am. She is well taken care of. Staff is responsive to her, in a professional manner
