The ent receptionist are extremely rude on the phone call everytime i call for appointment

Waiting waiting for my medication for a long time still not ready

Adult care unit medical staff provided a well distinguished assistant during a stay for our dad. With utter disappointment, we Have to disagree with the conduct of the “Navajo” speaking staff. Perhaps they need to revisit proper hospice care or at minimum some sense of traditional cultural sensitivity awareness. Witnessing a staff member callously shout at an elder is inappropriate even more disrespectful. We hope the best for the hospital in that they recognize the unethical behavior before it gets worse.

I went in through the short stay OR. I expected to be waiting MOST of the day but thank God they called me right in. The staff were very courteous and helpful. They explained everything to me in detail. Far better than Flagstaff Medical Center!!!!! My Dr. was very nice, he explained in detail, to me, what my procedure would be. He took time to answer my questions...very very polite! Thank you TCRHCC for being so professional and courteous!!
