From surgery to billing I've had a nice experience overall.
I had a surgery performed here and the service was pleasant and effective. Staff was friendly and helpful all the way through, never really had any problems there. As for the billing, staff was willing to help me determine a payment plan that worked for both of us and that has proved to turn out fine (autopay is very nice). Can sometimes be a bit of work finding the correct people to talk to in order to get answers, but it's not impossible and the staff just wants to help you.
I would rate TMC 💯%
Each previous visit to your E R quality of care .

Oh no TMC y'all made a huge tonight. Here I am again
Not only did it take them almost year for them to finally set up physically therapy for my baby( she was 4 months but now 15), apparently they don’t call and let you know that an infant tested positive for E. Coli because some of the diarrhea went to the front of her diaper and got bacteria up in there. What a horrible place.
Everyone has been very professional on the whole. Treated with respect and dignity.
Went in at 11pm. Left(as in left on my own because I was still waiting) at 7am. I sat in the lobby for 4 hours before anybody said anything to me, while waiting there was a guy with a bleeding head wound, He and his wife left because they had been waiting so long. That should have been my cue but I stayed. I Went in only for pain in my left side due to post op surgery I had 2 months ago.All I needed was pain meds. I told them what I needed and that i would be going for an appointment with my PCP the following week. They still wanted to run all kinds of tests and draw labs. I agreed to the labs even though I knew they would have a hard time finding my veins. 2 nurses tried, then a third nurse stuck me, he was having trouble making the blood flow so he asked my 17 year old nephew to come hold the syringe and draw back the blood while he moved the needle around in my vein!! I was just done after that and I started telling them I had to go. Due to my condition I have been to quite a few ERs and I bullsh*t you not, this is by far the worse one. Go else where if you can.
