Everyone is very helpful and friendly. From the Security Desk, and including all of the staff. I appreciate y'all, and I look forward to seeing everyone again. Thank you for making my visit so easy.

I was in for two procedures,one procedure was EDG, that went excellent the staff was fun. Second procedure was so quick, I was out literally, then I was done within 35 minutes, back in the room still out of it arguing with my friend on what to watch on TV. Great nurses, great techs, the only complaint I have to say is the people that come and take blood from you when you're trying to sleep they really like to leave bruises other than that everything was a great experience thank you everyone.

The ladies at the desk were very friendly and helpful. At the appointment she told me they would get results within 3 or 4 days and they never did call me. I called them a week after the visit and they never released records to her doctor and they refused to give me results over the phone for my 1 year old, they won't mail them to me either. It's been another week and her doctor still hasn't received them. I live nearly 2 hours away and they told me I could come in. Sorry but I will not drive that far again. If they do their job we wouldn't have this issue. I should have gone elsewhere. I thought I would get better treatment there but from now on I'll go somewhere closer to home.

I personally don't know what all the bad reviews are about. I have been to the ER twice in the last two weeks and was admitted for a day and half. I have never experienced such caring medical professionals in my life. If they don't care they are really good actors. They made sure all my needs comfort and otherwise were met. After the visits they have incredible case workers that make sure your after hospital visit needs are met including getting immediate doctor appointments which when I call would have been weeks out. Wonderful facility with many if not most rooms facing beautiful courtyards.

I had an infected hip and everyone was so nice I had a very good experience at TMC the staff was amazing
