I went there today for a meeting to talk about my experience with a procedure at Geneva hospital. Some of my nurses were there too. What a beautiful bunch of people. If you have something done and you get a chance to complement the staff please do. If you get a call asking you to talk about your experience....please take the time to do so. Please give the medical professionals the credit they are due. Jane G. Is the one who called me after I left a message about the wonderful nurses staff. I gave a testimonial today for the wonderful group of nurses I had during a procedure at Geneva. If you ever have the opportunity to do this please do it. It not only helps us as patients but it also helps the medical staff. Remember it’s always nice to hear when you are a great job!! I’d like to thank Jane for the opportunity and let them all know I appreciate them!

I've heard bad things but my visit to the e.r. seeing Dr. Truman was great. They were all so caring and efficient

Worst hospital I've ever been to. It's hard to believe this place is even in business. Yet again, misdiagnosed. 2 days later I drove to Erie PA for same issue and the staff at Millcreek Community Hospital confirmed the way Conneaut handled it was all wrong. Had I followed direction from conneaut and not seeked care elsewhere, it would have gotten worse. Doctor "diagnosed" (incorrectly) from across the room and spent roughly 16 seconds with me before slapping me with a $300 bill... This hospital is a joke. I wouldn't take a stray dog there. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles to a hospital that is held to a higher standard than this sorry excuse for a hospital.

A few years back I had thrown out my back and was in a great deal of pain. They did everything they could to make me as comfortable as possible. While taking xrays I couldn't rolland adjust as they needed me to. So, they worked with me to find what angles I could do and made them work. They made me feel that I was the most important patient they had and I'm not that important of a person. They really did go above and beyond to help me.

I recently brought my son to the er in the middle of the night, and everyone was so extremely friendly, reassuring, and thorough. They took time to answer all my questions and to help calm any fears. They were fabulous interacting with my baby-I was blown away!Chris especially was a really great and talented nurse. He played with my son to distract him and mixed some apple juice in his medicine syringe. It was obvious just how much he cared about his patients. I wouldn’t hesitate to come here again.
