I waited almost 4 hours in the ER to see a doctor, I was last person left in the waiting room. My name was called, of course. A very nice man directed me to a room and gave me a warm blanket and got me set up to a doctor. Hmmmm. Probably a little over 2 hours an intern came in the room. He was very arrogant person. He diagnosed me by googling what I said to him about my illness and a photo I took on my phone earlier that day. At one time stated he is A DOCTOR. Not examining me at all. I told him I had already googled my illness and he was wrong. He walked out the room never saw him again. Later the resident doctor came in and sat down to talk with me. He too did not examine me. But he was nice. I was then sent home with a benadryl I swallowed and 2 prescriptions for a rash and papers of what I was diagnosed by that googleing intern , really, I do have rash but its caused by the problem I went in to get some type of help for it. I didnt get any help there. And to this day my aliment is progressing more and more. So if I die its Dr Googles fault. His real is dr Eric Norquist's, aka dr google. Somebody needs take that damn phone away from him.

We’ve been in the Emergency Room for 9 hours and still have not been admitted into a room. This is highly unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone to come here. If you are understaff then hire more people but for me and my ill wife to be in the waiting area for this long is uncalled for. In this time all you’ve done is drawn blood and check her pressure every two hours which is going to be the same because you haven’t done anything. It took you 8 1/2 hours to give her pain meds.

The nurse care is average... very concerned i met with zero doctors to discuss my wifes well being going how not knowing anything saddens me. Even though I reached out several times to the front desk and the nurses...

Literally waited over an hour I went back to the front to ask for my time to be seen the guy nurse aide in the front at the registration said they took me off their waiting list because they ‘thought’ I had left ... they saw me sitting right infront of them the whole time!!! Man I get it they’re busy, but they need to treat patients with a little more respect and dignity. I just left I had a real bad food poisoning and they didn’t even see me. Next time I should listen to my instinct and gone to providence.
