I wanted to be sure I spread some nice news about the way I was treated today! I visited the the Tate Cancer Center, Cancer Screening Center, the hospital reception, the Hospital Radiology and Advanced Radiology. While I was a little confused by where I needed to go, I was treated above and beyond by every person I came in contact with. Usually, you find that kind of person, but today everyone I came in contact with was so happy and position. I do remember the names of Erin and Jennifer. These people, along with the physician's assistant, could not have been more helpful and friendly. I went to the Hospital Radiology department, where I had gone for many years. However, I was supposed to be at Advanced Radiology. The receptionist showed me how to get to the right place. She walked me outside to point the way. Can you believe it? Everyone today made me feel so good about this hospital. Kudos to the leader! Great job!

Been here since 12:30pm. I was sent over from urgent care. Blood pressure was 200/110. When I got vitals here. It was 191/ 107. It is 7:51pm and I have yet to be seen past triage!!! The registration desk informed my husband when he asked about the lo g wait that the average wait time was 7hrs. 23 minutes according to vitals. But we have seen three large crowds who didn't even seem that I'll come and go. They weren't even here before us. Some were only here 3 hrs or less. This is unacceptable.

Worst hospital ever. My husband was there for two months as a cancer patient and NO ONE knew what they were doing. None of the doctors talk to each other. They refused to manage his pain so for two months he was in agony. They finally shipped him to hospice just to get rid of him. His doctor called me to offer his condolences on my loss and HE WASN’T EVEN DEAD YET!!!! That’s how much they know or care about their patients. I can see why there are so many one star reviews. If I could give a negative star, I would!

I was brought in there due to having 3 seizures. I do have epilepsy. I was given medicine that my family specifically told them I can’t take and why I can’t take. However they gave it to me for 3 days!!! This medicine makes me dizzy and lethargic. I was like a zombie I was told. That has never happened after I’ve had a seizure!! I wasn't unconscious however I remember none of what happened. I broke my thumb and they didn’t X-ray until my husband told them to. I may now have to have surgery due lack of care while in there. There should be a option for 0 star.

The only complaint I have is if the need to keep you the wait is entirely too long. Everything else went smoothly. The staff seemed to be very knowledgeable and compassionate.
